Hi so this company avoid at every chance. They are scumbags. I had a chat to them in regards to setting up an account they told me they were fca approved (they are NOT FCA APPROVED). I was asked how much I was able to deposit so I said £300. which I did however the agent didn't phone. Things went OK for a while, then my rep never phoned back, so I blew the money on something I knew would lose. I soon received a call asking why I did what I did. I told them well noone was phoning me the rep hadn't answered my messages to help me make a withdrawal so I put it on something I knew would lose so you can't have it simple. They then said they apologise about the action of the other rep rest assured its being dealt with. They tried getting me to come back 4 phonecalls later. I agreed to give it another shot but without adding money they gave me back the money I lost. I started making some good money. He was then showing me what I could make which seemed impressive so I put in £2050. He then told me he thinks I need to get a loan and we can repay on a weekly basis. so me being stupid tried getting loans for £5,000 £10,000 and £20000 however I was unsuccessful. After that I stopped recieving calls. After bombardment of messages they had some other guy phone me back sayingmy rep had died so this other guy was now dealing with me, however phoned me twice never to hear from him again. I contacted support to be fed more lies "we will get them to call you..." yeah sure you will the rep has since blocked me on what's app after 1296 calls a day and him not answering PLEASE DON'T LET THESE SCUMBAGS GET YOU LIKE THEY DID ME I HAVE SOMEONE WHO HAS THE LOCATION OF THE OFFICE THEY ARE WORKING FROM AS A SUCCESSFUL HACKER I HAVE THE LOCATIONA DN HAVE CONTACTED THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES

This is my third review about Nuxtrade.com. It transpires if you mention any of its account managers by name in negative reviews, Nuxtrade complains you're in breach of TPs rules and your posts are taken down.
Funny though in more favourable reviews, names are displayed. I know this to be true as when I was searching on the name of my account manager, his name was there on reviews saying how great he is. I have screenshots of these reviews. It amazes me also that Nuxtrade phony responses for duped people to contact them so they can rectify matters.
PLEASE, PLEASE STOP USING Nuxtrade.com. They are scam artists through and through. They scammed me out of nearly £40k when I waa at my lowest. As mentioned above, their pathetic responses to reviews saying how sorry they are and to contact them is laughable at best. I finally got a response in August (after message after message) and after a telephone call a few days before (a coincidence I dont think so) advising me that my previous account manager had been fired because of misconduct with his portfolios and mine had come across to his desk for him to sort out a solution and help me retrieve my funds. Apart of me thought could this be true, I was going to get my funds back. It sounded promising, when suddenly my bubble burst when he uttered the words it would probably mean investing again.
Once I told him in no uncertain terms that Nuxtrade would mot be getting one more red cent. He couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
TP should be following up on their phony responses and reporting the amount of crimes they are committing and not taking down reviews when names are mentioned. Let's face it, they are probably made up. I checked up my guy's name. The only ones I could find were dead people with the same name. If you think my review is rubbish, search on the photo that's on their WhatsApp. There is no social presence anywhere. The picture I had (I have a screenshot of it - once I realised I had been scammed) disappeared. Photo disappeared from WhatsApp and I could no longer access my account with the password reset facility not working.
Honestly if you do decide to carry on and you don't take heed of the many negative reviews then take acopy of everything. You will be successful and then overnight it will be a disaster.
I was in an extremely vulnerable position at the time. Remember people, these are psychopaths. They don't care about you, only what they can get out of you. This scam has affected me badly and has stopped future plans for the next five years when I should have been thinking about retiring. Please stop and think. I made up this rhyme and say it now before I use any sights!
Before you invest, do the test!!
Stop, Think, Look.
Check everything.
You might be dealing with a crook!

"I was new to trading, and mislead on many points. Firstly that making money is done through borrowing money. Not using your own money, but borrow money to make money was the way. The broker quoting other well known investors who used this method. The next misleading information was referring to "financial partners", who are just lenders. Any consideration I voiced such as high interest on some loans, would be handled or invalidated or nulled, by showing the potential of making money, especially on compound interest, and how quickly ones money would grow, and told I could pay back those loans within a couple months, so the interest rates were not a concern at all.
The strategy I was lead into was showing me that profits happen, and that they happened easily and regularly. This was shown when the account was still small, so confidence in making money or profits was built in this way.
NuxTrade have different accounts that have different benefits or features. The bigger the account (money deposited), the more benefits you get. The broker I was in contact with was very interested in building this account - how much money it had in it. I was told that trading would happen on "company money", that my money would be in a separate "sup account" or "support account". He said the company would match whatever I put in.
On deals, he would mention that he would speak to "management" about the deal. He would usually come back and say, yes, management have a agreed to that, and usually involved granting me a deal than was better than usually offered.
He also told me that my money was 100% safe and would not be used for trading. He encouraged me to put more and more money in so we could get benefits of other bigger accounts. At some point he told me that when we reached a certain goal, my money would be earning 7.6% interest. This would be completely separate from the trading account, and that was guaranteed. I mistakenly went for this and put myself in financial danger, taking out more loans than I could repay - simply because it was a total certainty that I would be getting back 7.6% on my investment every month. This was excluding the profits to be made on the trading account. I even went so far as to borrow money from my Wife to get or reach this account.
Once we reached this account, which is known as "Zenith", this was a huge accomplishment as we would not pay for swap fees (fees charged for overnight trading) and the guaranteed 7.6%. At this point the Account Executive starting making trades that were generating larger and larger losses in PnL (trades that are loosing you money). He contacted me within a week of reaching this Zeneth account, and told me I needed to put more money into the account or we would loose everything. He transferred money out of the support account and into the trading account. I was called and pressured to find a way to put more money into the account, bullied into asking my wife for more money. I felt my whole life collapse within one week. Under this pressure, and knowing very little about Trading, my only escape was to close all the open trades he had made. I closed all the open trades to stop the pressure of the situation. Once I had closed all the trades, I was out of that pressure and trap, but I lost around £100,000, and all within a week. During this time I experienced severe stress, dismay and verbal abuse.
Reaching this Zeneth account was the main objective for the Account Executive, but my own well being, safety and financial health was not. This is totally clear to me as a conflict of interest.
What I really hope is that nobody else falls prey to such an entanglement, and that potential investors and the finance industry becomes more aware of such dangers to them and the industry and that we become more equipped in stopping such crimes."

I am just another statistic I have a disabled wife who has a prognosis of 6 months and I wanted to get some extra money for us and our children , the agent who is called Andy allowed me to make some small withdrawals my balance stands at 71.000$ can I make a withdrawal no I went onto the site and made a request myself giving them my bitcoin wallet address then waited the 5 days ..13 days later and lots of emails it's now refused . Beware they are massive scammers . well they responded asking me to contact them which I did 9 mins later . I have sent 9 or 10 e-mails to them and as I expected they keep fobbing me off as scammers would , I even offered a deal give me 20k$ of my 71k$ and keep the rest ,well just like the scammers they really are NO reply . there maybe a further update " who knows " oh the scammers who else . I responded 9 mins later to their reply , they now tell me I have open trades ( not traded for 3 weeks ) then said close the open trades then we will see whats left for you to withdraw . No shock there then 71k $ that's how much , the exact amount in my balance . What can I say to the scammers , I tried calling them but " sorry you have dialed a wrong number dial again ) now I have had to block 17 numbers of there's . Well I contacted them put a request in to withdraw funds on the 18/7/23 then after the long wait , again on the 12/08/23 again 14/08/23 again 16/08/23 and again 18/08/23 all rejected now my available fund to withdraw has now dropped down to 14.k and still cannot get it ....please avoid like the plague . Well they took my money , I asked for just a little back to help with funeral cost's , no prize for the answer I got back SO now you all know these are heartless scumbags as well as SCAMMERS . I have told these scumbags I now do not have a B.T.C. wallet address HA they have said I must set another one up and given me 3 to contact 1 is Binance who dropped them when they found they were scammers the other 2 are in Australia. People stay away . After all that I am surprised that so many people have still gone and given their money to these scammers who have now blocked my e- mails and not replying to me but I have said karma is coming your way , hence they now block everything. Last laugh hey Mr . Scammer .

Don’t touch them with a barge pole as always nuxtrade will flag this to trustpilot as not a genuine experience my account is verified so please don’t get involved with this company bunch of thieves i hope karma comes and gets them all especially other scumbag thief they have the bare faced cheek to call an account manager i begged for them to return my money and they always fobbed me off FCA should find a way to stop them trading in this country and get their site taken down

I won’t bore you all with the detail as it is like everyone else’s below that have given a negative review in that I was well and truly dupped by my so called “Account Development Executive”!! He convinced me to add additional funds in order to get eight gap trades, of which only two of the eight promised materialised, and no swaps for 2 months. He advised me that I would have to wait for the other gap trades as they were just changing liquidity provider which had an impact. He had a plausible excuse for everything and then finally he tanked my account on 27/06/2023 and told me I needed to invest another $20k to save it. When I refused and told him to close all my positions, he told me that wasn’t possible, and I now no longer had access to close any of my trades. I then had the pleasure of speaking to a delightful man from the so called risk team who told to me speak to someone “who gave a f..K about my account” and hung up on me.
Since then, I have tried to contact them several times but to no avail I just keep getting the generic messages that someone will contact me, and then subsequent messages saying that they have tried to contact me on several occasions to no avail and therefore presume that my issue has been resolved. It’s like being on a merry-go-round just not that merry!
As of today, my account is still open, but I have no access, they have now added swaps from 01/07/2023 which is contrary to our agreement and effectively run the account dry.
I have contacted the St Vincent and Grenadine FSA (they have a website but I can't include it because of Trustpilot's policy) and they are currently reviewing my complaint and I would advise you all to do the same (if you haven’t already) as then they will have to do something.
These parasites shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this, they are living the high life off of our money!!
Strangely enough after just advising their customer services department that I have contacted the SVGFSA I have received a call from another team member telling me that I can close my account if I inject further funds of $35,400 or pay 21% upfront - obviously I declined!!
The company has now blatantly denied my subject access request which contravenes their privacy policy as they know this will prove my point, not that I think it matters!!

DO NOT INVEST. TOTAL SCAM.
NOW ON FCA WARNING LIST!! JUST GOOGLE THEIR NAME AND YOU WILL SEE
I LOST ALOT OF MONEY AFTER THEY CAME ONTO MY COMPUTER AND INSTRUCTED ME TO BORROW LOANS. I PREVIOUSLY HAD A REVIEW UP EXPLAINING ALL THIS IN WHICH I WAS THREATENED WITH SOLICITORS UNLESS I TOOK DOWN.
Some reviews have suggestions for companies to get your money. I have found this to be false and I had to research my own company to order to start proceedings in recouping my money. In my opinion I wouldn't trust the suggestions in some of the comments. I have researched that their are many companies out there also scamming people like this.

IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS NOW SINCE I ASKED NUXTRADE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND RETURN ALL FUNDS SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO.
WHEN I SEND A EMAIL TO NUXTRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND RETURN MY FUNDS ALL I GET IS THE SAME REPLY BACK. IT HAS BEEN PASSED TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT, PLEASE BE PATIENT, OR WE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU BY PHONE BUT NO ANSWER. I ASKED NUXTRADE IF THEY COULD PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE TIMES THEY CALLED SO I COULD CHECK WITH MY PROVIDER BUT THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THIS. IF YOU PUT A 1* REVIEW ON HERE ABOUT NUXTRADE THEY WILL TRY TO FLAG IT AS NOT AS A TRUE EXPERIENCE OR IF YOU MENTION THE NAME OF YOUR APPOINTED ADVISOR AT NUXTRADE THEY WILL FLAG IT AS PERSONAL INFORMATION.
EVERY DAY MY REVIEW ABOUT NUXTRADE GETS FLAGGED AND EVERY DAY I KEEP SENDING EVIDENCE OF MY EXPERIENCE WHICH THEN GETS VALIDATED AS A TRUE EXPERIENCE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I WILL KEEP POSTING ON HERE MY TRUE EXPERIENCE WITH NUXTRADE UNTIL THEY ACCEPT MY REQUEST AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND RETURN MY FUNDS.

Complete scam. As every other low rated review states, they instruct you to invest your money, make a bit of profit so it looks interesting and then encourage you to invest more. After a few weeks they actually let you withdraw a small amount (£100) of the money to show you ‘how easy it is’. The warning sign there is that they need to send you a link to enable it to be withdrawn. After many weeks of making small profits, (which nearly tripled my initial investment, so it looked an interesting way to make money), I needed to withdraw some of it (a sum amounting to my initial investment) which they said they would do ‘in a few days’, they then advised me to make some more trades (which I foolishly did) and that crashed my investment totally. It is now zero. Luckily I only invested £500 but it was very tempting to get sucked in by the small talk - I can see why some people lose thousands to them.

I signed up just over a month ago after falling for a scam on Facebook. They start off friendly (it’s all fake) and turn extremely unpleasant when you refuse to invest more money. I only did the minimum investment of £249. Basically, my account manager tried to pressure me to add more money but as I have 3 open trades making losses that are triple my profits I refused. When I told him that he needed me to invest more money way more than I needed to invest more money he got quite nasty. He reckons he’s on 7% commission and had only made £3 out of me which wasn’t worth his time. He became aggressive, rude and insulting and finally hung up on me. He reckons I can’t close my account as I have open trades. His advice was either poor or he deliberately asked me to do bad trades so that I would be left unable to close the account without suffering losses. His economic outlook is pitiful, I studied economics at uni so he is talking bulls@&t. It has been a very stressful experience, trying to make time for phone calls which frequently didn’t happen.
I was also very concerned that on one occasion I logged in and there were all these extra trades showing up that I was unaware of and had not made. I question how genuine my account page is and what they’re doing with my money behind my back.
Thanks to other peoples reviews I have the info I need to get my money back eventually.
Steer well clear of this company, do your research and invest with one that is covered by fca etc.
I have since been in touch with nuxtrade customer services. They assured me to only invest what I’m comfortable with. That message clearly hasn’t reached their account managers. I am still waiting for someone to get in touch so I can close my account. I have refused to deal with my anccount manager anymore as his attitude is not good and he is rude.

Beware of this "trading" company - its a pig butchering crypto scam
My initial dealings with Nuxtrade all seemed professional, reliable, friendly and above board. I even managed to retrieve some of the profits made from my initial small investment.
My Account Manager seemed very keen to help at every stage of the process - this should have been a warning sign. Unfortunately, I mis-read this as good customer service and fell into the classic "pig butchering crypto scam". I was manipulated into investing more, more, more ... very quickly, and now can not recover any of my money.
Beware of what appears to be extremely good customer service - this all part of the scam, to get you to trust, and give more money over time.
Beware of the fact that this company is not regulated by UK finance protection legislation. Your Account Manager will no doubt give you a flowery explanation as to why the company is not FCA registered, but prefers to be registered in St Vincent.
There are a number of reviews here, offering contact with individuals/companies that can help recover lost funds - these are not genuine reviews and are mean't to lead you to another type of scam - recovery room scam. Stay away from the lot!
These people are professional, committed and dedicated scammers. Stay away!

Seems a good way to earn a profit, but the two advisors I have had so far seem more interested in trying to get you to invest larger amounts rather than grow a meagre investment. If their platform is so worthwhile then give the assistance to raise a small deposit to the monetary levels to work their miracles possibly????
