Great product - repeat purchase

I ordered these to be delivered to another address but as far as I know they haven’t arrived yet… no tracking information sent

Great socks, bought for my daughter who has a heel spur. These socks help with foot stability and cushion the impact when she walks

Bought these compression socks to replace some I had that are past there best. On opening them I was a little surprised to see 4 bags not 3.
I read the note that said sorry for the delay please have these other socks as an apology.
I didn't think they were late but thought great.
The compression socks are great and fit well but the Marino ones 'seem to have gone missing' so says my daughter, so I assume there also as good.
Would I buy again , simple answer YES.

Friendly and helpful service. I ordered 3 merino long compression socks, using the 3 for 2 offer (really handy!). I was contacted by Fiona (apologies if I got the wrong name), who let me know they had run out of the small size socks I needed, but could source them from a sister company. She also threw in some merino crew socks as a bonus. Great service, and the socks arrived quickly soon after the problem was sorted. Socks feel good, haven't had a chance to wear them yet but look like they will do the job well. Nice padding around the foot area.

Firstly, the customer service is first class. You can buy with confidence as they care about their products and their customers.
The Merino wool black/grey long socks are good, you can wear them all day as they give a light compression. True to size.
The 365 solid black long socks give a tight compression, you need a size up from normal. I have worn them for running and after an hour there is just a small amount of compression marks around the foot, so they are comfortable.
The Compression knee sleeve is good, is flexible but supportive and stays in place.
So I would recommend this company and its products.

Mainly because after 2 knee replacement procedures, these NV Compression socks help me greatly with my day to day fitness.
Plus, on one occasion when I needed to contact the company, the issue was resolved with the minimum of fuss by a friendly staff member.

Excellent service and socks

The long Merino compression socks are a great product used for bike packing trips to the Outer Hebrides and Shetland. When I needed to contact them they couldn't have been more helpful.
