Never got my order, customer service is either worthless AI, or if you get a person, they tell you to go to the shipper DHL. Do not order here. They do not care about you

No after-service whatsoever!

Took them a months to ship my leggings. When they arrived just after trying , ladder went straight down. Contacted customer service, they say no problem send us photos (considering u already attached them first time!) anyway I did . No reply. I emailed again, still no reply. Got afto reply saying since we didn’t hear back we close this case! I emailed again, they ghosted me! I opened new case on Friday, today Monday still no answer!

It's been more than two weeks since I placed my order, but this shop still hasn't prepared the item for shipping. I've never seen such bad customer service, even though the price isn't cheap. Many people are complaining about the shipping on their Instagram accounts. I'm not the only one in this situation.

The shipping is absolutely terrible! I’ve shopped with this company for a while (since about 2021) and recently their customer service has gone down hill. I ordered something in December and 2 weeks later the item never shipped. Luckily they were quick to cancel and refund my money but it’s ridiculous.

Shipping time (to Finland) is always veeeeery long. But still, I love their leggings! The quality is great and long-lasting, even if the sizes are a bit hit-or-miss. Customer service could use some work, though.

Customer service is absolutely horrible now I ordered leggings December 13, day of launch, and they still haven’t arrived. In fact, the order is still marked as confirmed almost 5 weeks later. I contacted them the first time at the end of Dec and the representativeate gave some blanket response about fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, etc. I contacted them a second time Jan 13 and no response. They've gone downhill.

Product quality sizing and shipping has gone down and worsened the longer this company has been operating. She repeats the same products but with new names and messed up sizing so you can’t stay consistent. For $50 PER ITEM and an extensive return process, I can’t risk it. Last order was a Christmas gift but will by last from this gym clothing company, girl you’ve got some competition and better get it together or new brands will eat you up.

Awful shady business with shein quality clothes. Shipping takes literal months with zero correspondence from customer service. They sell products that aren’t in stock and charge your card anyways.

Customer service is horrible!!!! I ordered leggings December 15 and they still haven’t come!! the the representative accidentally cancelled them! and I reordered them and it’s another 2 weeks!!! They also take weeks to respond to you!! Hate dealing with them!! just terrible

Their shipping is horrible. They take up to 3 weeks just to fulfill the item, then another week to receive it. There’s no excuse for this kind of customer service when you wait a full month for an item. They state they work “around the clock” to “fulfill all the orders we receive during launches”…if you know the response to a launch is overwhelming, why not hire warehouse help!? Very poor business practice

I'VE HAD FEW PAIRS ABOUT 4 YEARS AND HAVE LASTED VERY WELL. SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE CHANGED MATERAIL. WILL DEFINATLEY NOT ORDER NOW.

These leggings used to be great. Wow what an incredible decline in quality!! They made a great product it went viral now they are just cashing in on their popularity and on what has become a very sub par product. Do not waste your money.

Inconsistent sizes. Bought four pairs of the same shorts in M, got three different sizes. The time before that, two shorts in M but got two different sizes. You will never know if you get what you order.
Also very fishy company. They link to their terms in checkout, as they should. But they also have other terms published elsewhere on their site. This is illegal in Europe.

I have been purchasing from this brand for quite a long time now. I have always been happy with the quality until recently. I had a horrible experience prior and decided to give them one more opportunity since that might have been just a fluke ... Here to tell you , it WASN'T. Their quality is absolute garbage now. I ordered a new pair of pants in a newly released color (same style as one I ALREADY OWN.) I was very excited to get these since the ones I have are extremely flattering and comfortable. They are actually one of my favorite pairs.

These arrived, I opened the bag an IMMIDIATLEY noticed they do NOT feel the same. I put them on and was so dissatisfied. They feel soft, but there is absolutely NO compression, they are not as high wasted as they are supposed to be. There is a very VERY noticeable, VISUAL difference between the two. The quality is absolute Sh*T now.

It exacerbates this when the company does not offer a FULL refund, and will only offer you a store credit, or a partial refund (subject to handling fee).

I have contacted NVGTN with photo attachments of the clear visual discrepancies. The waistband is a good inch shorter, the distance from the top of the waistband to the crot*h is a good two inches shorter. The pants legs are an inch shorter.

I love the leggings, but I wonder if I’ll ever get the chance to buy them again. I try to order within a few hours of their “launches” same day, and they’re already sold out of ALL black in my size, medium and large. Frustrating is the word to describe the shopping experience. This has happened to me in all of the past 3 launches.

DO NOT WASH WITH OTHER CLOTHES – THE COLOUR RUNS WITH THE CANDY APPLE AND BLACK CONTOUR SHORTS

Today was my first time washing my NVGTN clothing after ordering it. Luckily, I decided to hand wash each item individually—thank goodness for that.

I started with the white halter bra and had no issues. The sweat marks came out very easily. However, when I got to the candy apple contour shorts, the water turned completely pink. I drained the water and tried again with the black seamless contour shorts, and the same thing happened—this time, the water was dyed purple.

I also noticed pulls in the shorts after only two wears. For the price I paid, the quality is very disappointing. The sizing is strange as well; the shorts fit fine around the waist but are extremely long.

I also purchased the pistachio green seamless contour shorts, and the contouring is barely visible. On top of that, the shorts are not squat-proof at all—no matter what color underwear you wear.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! While it's nice to support family-run businesses, the quality of these items is comparable to SHEIN, only 10 times more expensive. I am very, very, very disappointed.

Received snagged leggings, holes in multiples places when trying them on. Submitted a manufacturing defect claim, as it says on their website there is a 90 day manufacturing warranty. They offered a 10% off discount code.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and 3 sports bras 1 month ago. Within the first wear of one pair of leggings had a thread loose, another pair came with thread hanging in the 'under' area and then in just one month, the 3rd pair had a hole on the butt. The leggings are SUPER soft, but that means you're going to easily snag/tear them if you're not careful, which is almost impossible if you are wearing them for their intended purpose.... I contacted support as they were only 1 month old and all they could offer was 10% off my next order which you get anyway if you use an affiliate code. I wouldn't buy from them again - the only reason I gave 2 star is because the sports bras were nice enough.

I purchased a pair of slate blue contour shorts and black speckled contour shorts-BOTH shorts were pictured HIGH waist and the description was HIGH waist. Apparently, they put under the incorrect category on their website, yet they said it was MY error! To exchange the item has been a nightmare. They finally gave me a "gift card" to use,
(if I requested a refund I would have been charged a fee!), but so far has not gotten it to work. This company is not what I consider ethical and totally lacks customer service. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The colors in the photos are completely different from what you actually receive. I ordered some balsam green leggings which look more like teal in the photos and when I received them they were a Christmas green, totally different from what was pictured, and SUPER long (size medium) I’m 5’2. Made from china and are on AliExpress as well. If I wanted cheap made clothes that cost close to nothing I would’ve gone on SHEIN/AliExpress in the first place. Clothes smelled really weird when I took them out of the bag too. I got two sports bras which were also not the color I thought I was ordering. I wanted quality workout clothes. They make you pay for the return/shipping as well they take out a few dollars for a handling fee too. All around disappointed and will not buy again.
