I had a very poor experience and I’m so disappointed with the poor customer service I received. I paid for next day delivery and the item didn’t arrive. I sent a messaged after the third day to customer service and was informed the item was out of stock. If I didn’t contact them I wouldn’t have known and I needed it for a birthday. They told me I can order something else and that it will definitely come the next day. The next day the item still didn’t arrive and I sent another email and they said they were sorry and the item will take longer to come. I said this is very poor service and was hoping I would have some time of good will gesture for all the hassle. The customer service representative just said sorry there is nothing they can do. I asked for there name and if I could speak with a manager to see if there is something they can do and I was ignored. It’s now been 3 days and the second item which I no longer need still hasn’t arrived. I will have to spend more time to return it and have had to keep chasing them up. I wouldn’t order from them again due to the poor customer service. I am aware somtimes there are mailing issues but the service and lack of customer service is extremely poor.

Ordered a pair of jeans two weeks ago and emailed many times and got a response of sayin there gonna ship it out urgently and then sayin mthe item I ordered isn’t in stock after that I replied saying I’ll choose another pair of jeans and still haven’t gotten a response for the whole day.

I’ve tried ordering the same T‑shirt from NVLTY twice now, and both times it’s been a total disaster.
First time round, I ordered it ahead of a holiday, with an estimated delivery for the next day. It never showed up. I had to chase them up by email 2–3 days later, only to be told there had been a stock error and the item was actually out of stock. They never bothered to inform me themselves I had to find out by chasing them. They did issue a refund eventually, but it was far more hassle than it should have been.
I decided to give them a second chance when I saw the same T‑shirt was back in stock. I ordered it again, and was told it would be dispatched on 20 May the day before my trip, which I thought would be fine. Then I got a notification from Royal Mail saying it had been delivered. I checked everywhere, asked everyone in the house nothing. When I looked at the proof of delivery, it showed the courier had tried to force the parcel through the letterbox. It wouldn’t fit, so they just left it hanging out, fully visible to anyone passing by. I live on a very busy road, so it’s no surprise at all that it went missing.
I contacted customer service straight away to explain. They said they could resend the order, but that made no sense I’d ordered it specifically for my holiday, and a replacement wouldn’t arrive in time. I told them I’d already had to buy something else to wear for my trip because of their issues, and that since I’d never received the item, I just wanted a refund.
Long story short: they are refusing to refund me for something I never got. This is the second time I’ve had major problems with the exact same item, and their customer service has been unhelpful and lacks any accountability whatsoever. Avoid at all costs – terrible service, unreliable delivery, and they don’t care about their customers.

i’m giving the NVLTY team 1 star because their lack of communication and punctuality is extremely unprofessional. delays can happen and that’s understandable, but customers should be informed about them without having to chase updates themselves. i placed my order and received little to no communication regarding the status of my delivery, which is frustrating and concerning as a customer. better transparency and customer service is seriously needed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will try anything to avoid refunding you. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue refunding. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I can see that this is an ongoing issue which is disgusting from them.
I ordered 3 items on 10th April with next day delivery, only 1 item arrived, when contacting they mentioned an issue with the order but would send the remaining items standard shipping. I requested to cancel as I paid for next day, I was told on 15th April my refund would be processed in 3-5 working days (I just received this after CHASING THEM). I sent back the single item which they sent on 21st April, proof with tracking that the item was delivered to them on 24th and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
Total incompetence, they need spend more time and effort sorting their returns and shipping procedures then social media platforms.

The clothing quality itself is genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely let it down for me.
I returned 2 items within the stated returns timeframe and tracking confirmed they were received back by NVLTY, however the refund was not acknowledged or processed until I repeatedly chased for updates myself.
After months of back and forth, only part of my refund was returned to my original payment method, with the remaining balance issued as store credit due to the item allegedly being a “sale item” — despite this not being clearly reflected within my order confirmation or purchase records.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication, lack of transparency and the difficulty in resolving what should have been a straightforward return.
Great clothing quality, but disappointing aftercare when issues arise.

Very disappointing experience with NVLTY returns process.
I returned an item in good faith using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and included the completed NVLTY returns form inside the parcel with my full name and order number clearly provided. Unfortunately I misplaced the tracking receipt afterwards and despite contacting both Royal Mail and the Post Office, the tracking reference could not be recovered.
Rather than attempting to manually investigate the return using the enclosed documentation, NVLTY have refused any refund or resolution solely because I no longer have the receipt or proof of postage.
As a customer, it’s frustrating to follow the instructed returns process, provide identifying information inside the parcel, and still be left completely out of pocket with no flexibility or willingness to help.
I understand policies are policies, but customer service is also about fairness and reasonable investigation when issues arise. Sadly that has not been my experience here.
