By far, the worst place to buy from they should no longer be in business I wish I could give them a -5 review because I’ve been dealing with this for over a month and there’s a guy named Thomas and there’s a manager named Christian whatever you do do not buy from them
This company seems like it’s all good. They are not! Their customer service is terrible and they continue to blame fed ex for their mess up. And not addressing the issue and passing the buck and not even trying to fix the problem! I highly recommend using Crutchfield or any other speaker dealers! Buyer beware! NVX sux!
