Nicola has given me confidence throughout my pregnancy

Nicola has helped me keep strong throughout my second and third trimester of pregnancy, giving me the confidence to continue training safely and also prepare for what’s to come. Her knowledge and understanding of the female body and what is normal, safe and necessary during pregnancy has really helped me feel better prepared.

More than a PT….and now online!!

I first contacted Nicola a few years ago when I was recovering from an Achilles injury. As I started getting back into training, I kept picking up muscle pain caused by imbalances that had built up during recovery. I was fed up with the stop/start of trying to build fitness again and investing time and money in your health is always worth it — you don’t get the chance to go back and fix it later.
I chose Nicola specifically because she wanted to fix the foundations first — building proper core strength and stability — rather than just pushing heavier weights or training purely for appearance.
She’s been incredibly supportive throughout and really took the time to understand how my body was moving and what was actually causing the problems. Her knowledge of training is excellent, and her advice has been a huge part of me feeling stronger and more balanced again. She also has an incredible understanding of diet and hormones, which added a whole other level of value to the support she gives.
Nicola now offers online training plans too, which means I can keep getting her support even outside of 1‑to‑1 sessions. I hope this gives even more people the opportunity to benefit from her expertise and help.

Great focused support

Nicola is really supporting me to regain my strength and flexibility. The weekly 121 session and the group Pilates class are amazing, she encourages me to push myself And the weekly deep tissue sports massage is removing stiffness and knots from my back and neck. A great investment.

Friendly, supportive PT

I've just completed a short course of PT sessions with the lovely Nicola, and found her to be brilliantly supportive and encouraging in every way possible. She really helps to put you at ease and gives excellent advice and feedback at every stage. I was really nervous about starting…

I was really nervous about starting rehabilitation post-partum and needed someone who understood the female body - I needn’t have been. Nicola instantly made me feel comfortable. My goal was to heal my diastasis recti and get stronger, and Nicola’s expertise was immediately evident. She has a great grasp of the female body and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand without scaring you.

Nicola’s space is calm, and she has a wonderful, calming energy. I always leave my sessions feeling lighter and energized. She’s also great to chat with, which is a bonus! I have one-on-one sessions and always look forward to them. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Amazing prenatal PT

Nicola has been really great at getting me back into fitness whilst pregnant. I've never been very good at exercising but when first trimester hit the mixture of exhaustion/sickness and fear meant I wasn't doing anything! Nicola has really helped me grow my confidence again in moving my body and is soooo knowledgeable about what is good and a safe to do whilst pregnant. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a PT.

Fabulous!

Nicola has been my wonderful PT for well over a year, and recently, I have had sports massage with her which has been really effective at helping out some tension and muscular issues in my back. She is welcoming and relaxing and genuinely lovely to be around - she takes time to explain to you what she’s doing and why. 10/10.

Very highly recommended!

I came to Nicola four months ago for one-to-one PT sessions - very overweight, very unfit and having lost muscle through illness - and it’s been a thoroughly positive experience from the start. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me motivated even when I get frustrated with how far I still have to go. She is great at finding the perfect balance between acknowledging my current limitations but always pushing me to achieve more. I really enjoy the wide variety of exercises in each session and the fact that we manage to fit so much in – and value the expertise Nicola shows when choosing which exercises are best to help me to reach the next level. I feel that Nicola genuinely cares about helping me get back to a decent level of fitness (and beyond!) and I am incredibly lucky to have her supporting me on this long journey. Whatever your current level of fitness, I would not hesitate in recommending Nicola’s PT sessions.

Nicola 1:1 sessions

I have been attending 1:1 sessions with Nicola at her private gym for 3 months now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and capable and makes the sessions fun, interesting and different each week, which I love! I started at a very low level of fitness but each week I really do feel a little bit stronger. Nicola is a very approachable and kind-hearted lady and makes me feel really comfortable, always offering genuine encouragement. I find her so supportive and understanding- I have a shoulder injury but we still work on that - because she’s got such in depth knowledge of the body/injuries - I can exercise knowing I am only improving it and never needing to worry about being further injured; Nicola watches my every move to ensure this!

Highly recommended

Nicola’s classes are brilliant and she is highly recommended. I have been attending now for just over a year and it helps me to stay motivated on my fitness journey.
Over the past year I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness levels, strength and stamina.

Nicola is everything you could wish for in a PT. She is professional, friendly and passionate about helping your achieve your fitness goals. Motivational and Supportive Prenatal PT

Nicola has created to challenging and engaging plans to keep me motivated to exercise during pregnancy. I've had weekly sessions with h here since about 8 weeks pregnant. I've even managed to progress in strength whilst being pregnant, something I didn't think was possible. She has lots of knowledge of fitness and training whilst pregnant and post partum and I hope to be back when I'm ready to get back in shape after the baby is here!

Nicola is a very supportive PT

Nicola is a very supportive PT, who helps you to achieve your goals. She knows when to push you that bit further than you think you can go. I have been working with her for some time now and her expertise is enabling me to do things I never thought I would be able to. I have a couple of injuries which made me nervous about working out but Nicola has used her knowledge to adapt exercises for me which is enabling me to heal and get fitter simultaneously. I highly recommend her services.

Nicola is an amazing PT. She has helped my confidence massively and I’m doing more physically than I every thought I could. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Nicola is a wonderful PT instructor. I find her to give me just the right amount of challenge - she has confidence in me when mine’s lacking- and that means I’m progressing rapidly.

Brilliant

I am currently having 1 to 1 sessions with Nicola and she is just brilliant, she is so knowledgeable and adapts your training plan to give you the best possible outcomes. All of the sessions are taken in Nicola's private gym and she makes you feel so comfortable.

An expert in her field

After having my second baby I was feeling really out of shape. I’m someone who has never really enjoyed exercise or felt confident to do it; i’d often find excuses not to do PE at school. So I knew I needed help!
Nicola has taught me so much about my body, how it works, how to get stronger and fitter; all within this postnatal period. She’s got a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience. Her drive and zest for life is contagious!
I feel stronger than I did before having babies and won’t be giving up anytime soon.
I would recommend Nicola to anyone.
