I recently purchased this flooring from Northwest floors for what I would consider a very competitive price. Delivery was free which was pleasing. On delivery of flooring everything was in good condition. My only issue was that for some reason there was a lack of instructions, as I was to lay the floor myself.
I contacted NW floors and spoke to Alex who was fantastic. He did everything he could to remedy this issue and the flooring was successfully laid, although the technique was a little bit tricky at first. The finished result is fantastic and I couldn't recommend the product, NW floors or Alex highly enough.

Excellent service was kept informed of my delivery. Also great value for money and delighted with my purchase.

I had a whole pack of my flooring damaged, delivery driver never asked me to check it over or sign for delivery. I have contacted NW Floors and they have never come back to me, I have chased it and still have no response.

The order process and delivery time was very good but has been let down by this

NW Floors have refunded the damaged package as requested. Maybe it was down to a computer error.

Issue was resolved eventually.

I didn't receive an e mail letting me know when the boards would be delivered. I had to ring up to find out when they would be delivered. However, they arrived quite quickly after I ordered them.

Purchased LVT in sparkle white. Excellent quality product. Good communication and delivery. However a significant number of tiles from a number of boxes had broken corners even although the boxes were fine.

Sourced flooring required. Easy pick up. Alex most helpful

I ordered some flooring in November and was given a date which got put back to 4 December via email. I emailed back and said that was ok and also asked a question about glue. No one replied. The 4th came and went and no delivery and no email advising us. I emailed again and no one answers the phone. Alex left a voicemail saying there was a problem and they’re trying to sort it. When I ordered it it said it was in stock. This company has over £1000 of my money. No one is replying to my emails and no one answers the phone. I think I want a refund now but am wondering if I’ll be able to get one.
