Unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent. Booked in for simple 1 day diagnostic returned 8 weeks later. They smashed my car in road accident. Told me damage was minor and would be fixed by proper established company (neither was true). Twice told the car was ready when it wasn’t. Calls ignored and hardly returned. Office is shambolic nothing ever ready, no invoices no diagnostic report. Two months later I get the car back, it’s filthy with cigarette ash over console, remains of shattered front valance in rear floor well and stinking of engine oil because of plastic sheeting left in the boot- also new replacement panels not properly aligned. They tell me prop shaft is faulty and quote me £900 for part. Elsewhere I have had prop shaft supplied and fitted for half that price. Two months wasted insurance and tax on top of paying for taxis and missing events because no transport. No compensation, no courtesy car - nothing. Abysmal service from inadequate company.
