Ordering was easy, very knowledgable staff and reasonable pricing.
The delivery Driver, Edvins, is an star! Helpful and so friendly, nothing too much for him with the delivery. Respected my property and so understanding. A credit to the company.

Superb service.
Ordering was easy, communication was very polite and courteous, when possible delivery was suited to me and delivery driver was very helpful, kind and polite. Good experience all around will definitely use them again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Go the extra mile
The staff in the Skelmersdale branch were very helpful. I ordered roof battens by phone on Saturday morning, they placed them on special order for me and kept me up to date on arrival at the branch. They also cut them to the required size for me, can't ask for any more. Definitely use again.

Not happy with my service this time
Not happy with my service this time. New guy was rude and when I got home I found that my wood had been cut wrong by 10mm. I'll go to B and Q next time.
