I have shipped with these folks three time in the last two months now from one short shipment (100 mi) to two long shipments (667 mi). They're exceptionally friendly, helpful, and their carriers really try to help get your vehicle loaded and delivered on your desired timeline! Their shipping prices are excellent. Their carriers are very friendly. I've scheduled from very short notice to just less than a week with no problems in each instance.

This was a good experience! The Driver was very experienced and punctual on delivery and Mary Carabel and crew were always attentive and polite as well as informative...and the price was right!

There were some glitches, however they were not with the carrier but with CoPart. Mary was extremely helpful and kept me update on the situation

I recently purchased a car from an out-of-state dealership and I needed to transport my existing car to the dealership for trade-in as well as transport the car I purchased back to me. I chose National Express Auto Transport primarily based on their reviews, and I'm glad I did. Mary Carabal was my contact at National Express and she arranged for enclosed transport for both vehicles. It was door-to-door service, and Mary kept me apprised via text and email throughout the entire process. I will definitely use National Express again should the need arise.

Angie is a sweetheart and very good at her job. I came from using another company that I figured would be better because they were who appeared to be the largest one. But bigger does not mean better, just more expensive and without any kind of consideration for someone's situation. From the moment you call NX it is an entirely different ballgame. They pay attention, they follow up. Most importantly, they found me a truck to come get the car within two days. I was already waiting a week at the other place with not so much as a phone call.

The Service was very fast, great rate was provided, and the staff kept me informed on any changes. We had a great communication from the start until the delivery of the vehicle. Thanks so much, I will definitely recommend you to others!
