Breach of guidelines
Poor experience
My experience with this broker has been very poor. Since i am from India and Forex trading is not completely legal here. Therefore all the reputed brokers do not allow client to deposit or withdraw their funds via imps or upi but this broker allows it while depositing.
But when you try to withdraw your amount broker tries to reject it giving illogical excuses. They ask you to sign their customer declaration form in case you reach out to their support team. This form can be used against the client in arbitrary manner.
I received my deposited amount after 3 months of the withdrawal request submission.
Also their Support system is very pathetic. If your raise a ticket they would give you robotic replies and never resolves any problem.
Their score on wikifx is also low and they have many exposure complaints filed against them.
I would highly urge traders from India to stay away from this broker.

From the beginning, I was already doubtful about working with NXG Markets because of the many negative reviews on Trustpilot and WikiFX.
However, Sulaman Mughal personally convinced me that:
✅ withdrawals were safe
✅ client funds were secure
✅ all negative reviews were just misunderstandings
Because of those assurances, I trusted NXG and brought my clients to this broker.
Not only that — during the trading process, I was also receiving trading signals and directions from Sulaman Mughal himself.
Now more than $30,000 of my clients’ funds remain unpaid ❌💰
What shocked me the most is that instead of solving the withdrawal issue, I started hearing excuses about:
⚠️ company profits
⚠️ bonuses already given
⚠️ negative social media reviews
So now I want to ask publicly to Sulaman Mughal and @NXG:
❓ If the trading was considered valid, why were the accounts allowed to trade from the beginning?
❓ Why were trading signals still being given?
❓ Why were profits allowed to grow normally?
❓ And why did the problems only start when clients requested withdrawals?
Even more concerning, I was told that negative reviews and social media comments affected the company’s willingness to process payments.
⚠️ Since when do client withdrawals depend on whether the company likes what clients say online?
As an IB, I feel like I was used to bring clients into NXG, but when those clients asked for their rights, I was left alone to face all the consequences.
I am not asking for bonuses.
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am only asking for one thing:
💰 PAY MY CLIENTS THEIR MONEY.
Until today, I am still waiting for real responsibility and a clear resolution from Sulaman and NXG. 🚨
