i placed my order, but it didn’t take the money from my account and sent me back to the checkout page as soon as i clicked the “place order button” i did not verify my email before i tried to purchase the shoes. could that be a part of the problem?

Its really a nice website to selling your shoes or buying your favourite pair.

Had full trust in the process, but shipping and payout take much longer than competitors

Bought these shoes for my daughters birthday. Took weeks to hear anything from them. Had to finally contact them myself to see where the shoes were. Did not receive tracking number when item was finally shipped. This will be the last time I ever order from here.

I always buy the shoes I can’t get a hold of myself on this website. It’s great but the shipping takes way too long. I bought a pair of ones and It took a whole month to receive it, other than that customer service is great! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

They take way too much time to ship out, and the shipping is slow. It took about a month, box was crushed . Probably won’t be ordering again, i recommend Stockx( they longer have duties) prices are MUCH lower. NextDrop charges more than resellers .

I just sold a pair of yeezy 350 sand taupe. No shipping fee, no taxes. They are a blessing in disguise for Canadians.
Every time I asked a question, I got an answer within a couple of hours.
Overall, a great experience and I juat got paid interac transfer within 24 hours of my shoes getting verified.

Authentic shoes, but took so long to deliver considering they were right here in Canada, delivering to someone in Canada. Had to email twice to check in.

Great service. Everything was satisfactory except the time of delivery being over a month after purchasing the sneakers.

Smooth transaction. Prompt replies when asking for info. My only critique is speed of the payout. The shoes have been shipped to the buyer, but I am still waiting for the payout. All good though and would use NXTDROP again.

I listed my item for sale. It sold very quickly and smoothly. The website is very easy to operate and it is super easy to list and purchase items. They answered every question I had. I definitely recommend!!

selling is a terrible experience. have to wait for the buyer to checkout. no confirmation email when accepting a bid...do not recommend. this is not the first time it has happened.

After 10 days of waiting, everything is fine and I received my payout. They also very responsive on any questions that I ask. Looking forward to sell more sneakers.
