Rose is a wonderful example of customer service

A good cutomer service experience

I inadvertently ordered a product from nxtgizmo because the website was confusing. My 5 star review is not based on the product or the website, but on their customer service. Ariza was the agent who helped me and was able to cancel my order. I appreciate that I was able to get a hold of a representative and that she was empathetic.

Please read and be warned.

I purchase the hand held pressure washer to use at my boat dock. Absolutely a total joke. No pressure and no volume of water out of a bucket. So I hooked to the house water supply. The plastic connection blew a hole on the side. My $8.99 hand held pump spryer delivers more water and pressure. The “surprise gift is a tube of metal pcs with no explaining what it is. Learn from be and flush your $100 down the toilet, it will be less frustrating.

It was a good experience

It was a good experience. My form of payment did not go through the first time it was charged. I received a phone call and was helped making sure I could charge the 2nd time. She also helped me order 1 more for a total of 4 Spy Camera's. Thank you for being so helpful.

Bernadette is Great!!!

Bernadette. Quite simply she went way beyond customer service in helping me. I ordered 24 cameras, 3 at a time, by accident but never got a confirmation. The following morning Bernadette called ME to help me clean up all the orders. Of course I couldn't place a correct order now as my credit card was frozen. Got the card freed up and Bernadette came through and got me all set up with 1 order of 3 cameras. I haven't received them yet, but when I do I'll be back to expand on my review.

I purchased hearing aids from Nxtgizmo, and did so because I was assured I could try them out and if not completely satisfied, I could return them for a full refund. The hearing aids were not comfortable and too large for my ears. When I contacted Nxtgizmo, I was told I could not return them "because the item has been opened ". FALSE AND MISLEADING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ALSO purchased the fast shipping (3 day) & it took 4 weeks to receive the hearing aids.

Great product, Amazing service

September 9, I ordered Hearing Aids, hoping they actually could shut out the background noise and focus on the voices nearby. I received them quickly and was amazed at the clarity and quality. I tried to order another pair on Sept. 28, but had difficulty with the online order. I emailed the company at about 1 AM and had a return phone call early in the morning! Polite, clear, patient help came from Bernadette. Problem solved.
