11/22 - update, re: receiving surveys & bills before shipping confirmation.
I’m very worried that I haven’t been given shipping confirmation two business days after making the order and being charged, when the website indicated same-day shipping on orders received by 2 p.m.!
Update: 11/22
The customer service team has been very responsive to my concern, and the shoes arrived yesterday in excellent condition. Sadly though, they were the wrong size for me and now I'm waiting for them to get back to me for the next steps, re: return, refund, exchange, etc. Once that becomes clear, I will likely be back to give them a full five-star review!

I received my order within 1 business day. I am beyond satisfied with my order. They even provided an insole with my shoes. Packaging was great. I would rather order form her than actually go into the designer store. 5 stars couldn’t recommend more.
