I order a browpro on FB and received said item which is ok.
Then I find a mysterious subscription to a VIP list which I have no recall of ticking or signing for. I am awaiting a response to email. have found the recurring sub on paypal and cancelled it - these underhand trading practices should be compensated by Paypal by making them lose the merchant privilege.
If I could give a -10 stars I would. DO NOT deal with this company. I made the mistake of falling for a FB ad & purchased a once only make up item through Paypal. I did receive this item. A month later I see on my Paypal account they have taken over double the original amount US$31.00 from my Paypal account - they say I signed up for a 'VIP experience' subscription which I most certainly DID NOT!!! They make up screen shots of me ticking the VIP subscription box. Paypal are unable to help me other than cancelling the subscription because I am unable to prove I did not tick the box. I'll be cancelling my Paypal account as they now allow unscrupulous companies like this to steal money from your credit card.
Better only 0 Stars. Chargen me on paypal automticly for a VIP-PACKAGE I neuer orderd. Reaction to my Complain and refund really bad. Wanted to refund only 50%.

Don't use this company, after a real problem last year getting my money back, I have now discovered that they have been taking money from my PayPal account!!
This started from last year, for absolutely nothing, just to be on a VIP list. 4 payments have gone out,3 for over £25.00 each, and one smaller one.
