Poor quality. Cannot return as cost too high. Cheap does not look like the picture or description. Rarely give reviews but must warn others before buying.

Absolutely awful business. Items not as described, extremely poor quality and customer service appalling and timewasters. I ordered items for a friend’s birthday (she chose it). On the website you are lead to believe there’s a uk shop but items obviously came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Tried to get the returns address (as nothing provided online or with order). After 4 emails (and a further 2 weeks) they finally provided it only for it to be some dodgy warehouse in China. Return was going to cost as much as I paid so not worth it. After much negotiation they finally offered a 40% refund but then ghosted me - out of pocket, wasted hours and now left a polyester fire hazard of a so called ‘linen set’. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Cheap Chinese Tat - photo looks like cotton , item cheap shiny and far too small. Cost prohibitive returns and delayed communication. Probably tech co running on AI flooding market under various business names via social media. Watch out people!!!

Terrible experience. Giving 1 star because I can't give zero.

They sent a fake copy item that bears hardly a passing resemblance to that which I ordered. They want me to pay for returns per their policy. If I had simply not liked what I ordered I would accept that but this item is not what I ordered. They have offered 20% to keep the tat they sent which is not acceptable. I would recommend that you do not order from them unless you can afford to lose the amount you are sending. Awful item and terrible customer service.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered what was advertised as a lovely dress what came was shiny material that was so badly made. Requested a refund. Customer service is standard response. Clothes come from overseas and are really terrible quality. Avoid

Total scam. My delivery is shi... chinese polyester product versus a linen set. Pictures available if needed
