I ordered the nightstand trio on…

I ordered the nightstand trio on December 4 as a Christmas present for my husband. The stand looked to be well made and of high quality. Though my husband liked it, the watch charger wasn't working and he wasn't totally sure he wanted the item. This part is really important-- they don't have a customer service phone number. When I tried to return through their website on 12/28 I was notified that I was outside of the two week return policy and the extended holiday return which began on 12/7. I sent multiple emails to customer service and finally received a response about a week later. Their troubleshooting advice was to have me unplug the device for 30 seconds. Several emails and days later, they finally told me to return the product and "If we’re unable to repair the unit, don’t worry—we’ll gladly arrange a replacement for you." They did not provide a return label or offer to pay for shipping. Still not resolved and I honestly feel like they are hoping I will just give up and keep the faulty product. I would not recommend purchasing without better support and a "real" holiday return policy.

Bad product design and shameful customer support

The quad tray does not charge any of our iPads unless you remove them from their protective cases. In addition, the tray causes the charging devices to heat up, which raises concerns about potential damage to our electronics and fire safety in our home. Based on prior reviews, the company has been made aware of these issues but does not seem to care. They will not honor a refund on their knowingly, defective product without the customer being forced to pay for shipping and restocking fees, which make the return pointless. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY CAPACITY. They seem content to take your hard earned money and run with it.

Abysmal Customer Service / Poor Quality

I ordered the quad tray special edition midnight black for 250 dollars and the unit was in terrible condition. There are large gouges and scratches all over the leather. I exchanged it for another which the company sent out that has massive yellow discolorations in circles as well as a 5 inch crease/scratch in the leather. The customer service is now saying "because we sent one already we are not going to pay for the return shipping on this." The company sent out two defective/damaged products and will not stand by the work and cover a return on damaged pieces. For 250 dollars one would expect a quality piece to arrive not discolored and damaged. The service and product are terrible.

The device overheats

The device overheats. I almost got burnt. I used to have the older version of this charger, ordered new one for office. Next thing I know it heated up. Magsafe works and it looks nice, I got a refund but won't purchase from this brand anymore.
