Amazing products and fantastic service- an item I ordered was out of stock and they let me know straight away and gave me the option to wait or have it refunded. So glad I waited, and the little hand-written note in the box was so sweet. Would 110% recommend x
Product out of stock after ordering, but NYX were excellent & kept me informed, gave me the choice of cancelling or waiting for delivery with free posting. Delay was very short.

Fab communication with the company to figure out my size, it turned up pretty fast, cute packaging and something sweet in there too 😍 lovely quality material and having been through the wash as well its all stayed as it should.
