STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE COMPANY
I purchased a retractable ratchet strap from this company on the 29/1/2024 at a cost of $52.47 Australian some 3 weeks later I received a standard ratchet non retractable strap which I didn't order.
Since then they have been continually trying to get me to accept the one they have sent offering me compensation. I just want the one I ordered but they aren't budging.
Don't trust this company especially when something like this occurs.
Very disappointing.
