The product arrived was completely different from what was advertised and did not do what it claimed it would. I requested a refund in accordance with their own terms and conditions, only to be told I had to return the products to China.

The cost of returning the products is more than what I originally paid for them, making the refund process completely unreasonable.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

So far it has been several weeks since I ordered and nothing has arrived in the mail. It said when I ordered that shipping was from NZ but when I asked for tracking advice it clearly showed goods were being shipped from China. Now I can’t even get into the tracking ability. I fear I may have been ripped off. Do not buy from this company

I bought “night vision” goggles for NZ$70.99 as a child’s birthday gift. The listing claimed night vision, a tinted lens and zoom. The item arrived after the birthday with a damaged box, and it has no night vision, no zoom and no focus. The build quality was very poor.

Support told me in writing that all orders are “shipped and fulfilled within New Zealand”. The parcel arrived with Chinese tracking and packaging, and the only return address they eventually gave me was in Shenzhen, China, which they later withdrew.

My refund request was open from 9 September. Support replies were templated, repeatedly asked for photos I had already sent, and offered a replacement of the same product, then a 30% refund. In mid-October they agreed in writing to a full refund with no return, but did not pay it by my deadline.

I’ve lodged a card dispute with my bank and reported the issues to the Commerce Commission. I’d advise checking where goods ship from, and reading the refund policy carefully, before buying.
