Do not use this company. They do not do what they say, they lie and the return details on their website are also a lie. They are impossible to deal with and the sizes of their clothes bear no resemblance to European sizes. Beware and read other reviews about NZWE on this site.

Measurement doesn't meet international standards. Poor customer service and explanation of post sales difficulties.

Producing wrong tracking number, never say sorry customer service team, and delivery takes forever. If you wanna try your patience, go ahead mates but highly not recommend.

These people lie. They claim in ther adverts their products are made from certain material and when delivered you find out they are not. In my example a cardigan made from wool was in fact a mixture of man-made fibres.
Then they know you don't want to incur return costs so push a discount on their purchase or a very low% refund. My first and last ever purchase.

I bought an item, and when it arrived it was very very small for the size, and the item was poor quality , with seems not aligning and thread being undone in places. There was no paperwork, no receipt and no return instructions.
I contacted them asking how to return the item and get the refund. They demanded I measure the item and compare that to the sizes on their web site, and telling me if they sent the correct item they do not accept return and do not give refund!!! Yes the item did have the label proclaiming the size I ordered , but that was not true size!!!
Do NOT buy from them, you will waste your money !!!

You guys are scammers this is the 2times you sending me the wrong items i don't know why i didn't notice it you, this is dam wrong you guys are cheaters ass holes you taking people money and you intend to treat them I pray your whole business burn down because of what you doing to people, now have read all the reviews this is totally wrong you can't treat people like that idiot tewww

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't not give 0 stars! This company are a fraud! Please do NOT buy from them. My partner ordered 2 gilets from them and the items were way too small. He checked the correct measurements before ordering but, when he tried them on, they were not what the company's size chart had stated! He has emailed them about how to receive a refund and sending the gilets back, so he can reorder bigger sizes and all they offer is a 10% refund and keep the items and has risen to 20%. According to them, sending them back would be too expensive. Now, they have gone silent
He has decided to try and sell them here at home and buy elsewhere.
So, a big disappointment and in their part an absolutely despicable way of cheating the public out of their hard earned cash! £75 in this case! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE SIZES ARE SMALLER THAN SHOWN, EVEN IF YOU MEASURE. THEY SEND MANY EMAILS TO ASK YOU TO KEEP THE ITEM. ONCE THEY SAY THEY WILL ACCEPT RETURN...DAYS LATER AFTER THEY RECEIVE ITEM THEY REPLY THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS. AND PAYPAL WON'T HELP. *UPDATE* Paypal did help, & sided with me. If there were negative stars, I would be in that section. The 3XL bomber jacket that I purchased is no more that a UK medium, if that.

Do not even think about ordering from this sham website. I’ve been done for nearly £28 on a cheap, misdescribed item, for which it isn’t even worth the hassle of sending it back abroad.

Who knows whether or not I would get a refund, but it’s my own fault for not reading previous reviews.

Terrible...The size is not even 2 sizes too small its about 5 times too small

Wish I’d had a look on here before ordering. I had no idea the clothing was being shipped from China. When it eventually does arrive (waiting weeks already) it will now be the wrong size. Give this place a wide berth.

Ok so this website is not the scam I thought. I bought a denim vest and then I saw the reviews on trustpilot were really bad. Then I kinda got worried. However, my delivery came on time, took under 2 weeks, the quality was fine. The only thing I can say is i bought the wrong size. The sizes the website offers are in Chinese. I am a US XL but I ordered a 2XL. Normally I am 2XL in Chinese sizing however with these clothes I am more like a 3XL. So if your are going to buy something I suggest you buy 2 sizes up from your US size.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they clothes are such bad quality, wouldn’t even be able to wear them out. I tried to return them but they kept offering me 5%, 10%, 15% and told me to keep them but I didn’t want to. Eventually they said they were going to give me 35% refund back and I just said yes. But never ever buying again. Customer service was awful they weren’t listening to what I said and just told me to sell them on eBay but the clothes I bought were so poorly made.

Complete scam and ripoff - ordered XL shorts and they would t come past my hips. I’m not that big! Not in any way as advertised on their site and took forever to ship. Avoid this company

They have given me a royal mail tracking code yet when I find out that it is on a boat and won't get here for weeks then I am mad.........argh!
<12hrs later of the above review I get an email to say it is being shipped by plane......let's see what the jacket is like when it turns up!

No one should order from this site and if a review says otherwise it is probably someone who works there. This place is a scam! Do not, order anything from there AT ALL. I'm not sure what to do to shut this site down but something needs to be done

Don't place any orders from Nzwe they or thirsty second-hand low quality made in China distributors that will not honor their own return policy. I ordered a jacket recieved 3 weeks later that was not the size or dimensions specified. After contacting support I was told that they shipped the size ordered so they don't do returns or refunds not honoring their own RETURN POLICY. In other words SORRY for your issue we keeping your cash! "Not Honorable China"
