Would give 0 stars if I could. Wish I saw these before ordering. Sizing is shockingly small, just as all these reviews state— cannot even put one arm into a sleeve. I suspected when ordering that $50 was too good to be true, and I was correct. Not even attempting to return, based on what I’ve now read here from others. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Absolutely awful customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I emailed to return and they refused to give me one. Their own policy says they gladly accept returns within thirty days. My item still has the tags on it but these guys won’t let me return it. Oh, but they gave 10% back so yay I guess.

I order a 6XL black hooded cloak for Halloween. What a joke it's so small a Hobbit couldn't fit in it and then the support person argued saying that is their 6XL sorry.... Never again... Disappointed.

Horrible experience they send junk and its a nightmare to get the return back.

Ordered a shirt for size M got something which say M but measures XS. I asked for refund, they are asking for the following:

Item took a while to arrive (purchase date 24.07.21, dispatch date 24.07.21, arrival 1st August), I was not too bothered. However, the Jacket is far too small, not even size M rather S. Could hardly get my arms into the sleeves and about 10 cm gap at the chest.
When contacting MZWE they insisted that they had sent the right item, size L, which it does say on the label but this does not at all relate to sizes known in the UK. I requested to return the item and to be sent a jacket size XXL. This was their reply. "Normally, we do not provide return service if we send the correct item.
But in this case, we would like to offer you 10% refund of the item price as a compensation. Would you like to keep it?" and "We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. However, if we send you the correct size and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service. Please understand."
It took several emails to make them understand that the item was useless to me and I needed to point out that I was entitled to a refund within 14 days after arrival before I even was sent a return address. This is an address in China and NZWE insisted that I would pay not only the return postage but also the initial postage from China to the UK. The jacket was just over £ 30 and needless to say that postage to China is quite costly from the UK. After a long email correspondence they eventually have suggested to refund 30% and I now can give the jacket to charity. Consider well whether you want to buy from NZWE, I certainly won't buy there again.

I bought a shirt that looks great in the picture; however, when I receive the item, it's so bad, so small, it has bad and inconsistent stitching. I tried to return the item. I promise if you buy something from here, you will be disappointed. First, you have to send them an email to return it; then someone will answer you after two days and say why, you will tell them why, after two days, will respond and ask another question, I answer seven questions before I know that they will never return the item.

This is the worst website to order from they send wrong items with a policy that gaurantees returns and then they ask u a million questions and dont even proceed with your return it is a scam they need to be shut down

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered XL expecting XL and it was way too small. Could barely fit my arms in the sleeves. It was at least 2 sizes too small. I contacted their customer support and they would not exchange or return. They told me they sent the correct items so it was my fault. I tried explaining how it did not matter if it was correct or not, if I do not want items, I have the right to return. They will not allow me a return or exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!!

I ordered a Jacket, the size was ABSOLUTELY NOT what they said it was. They said it was a mens XL. The package said it was an mens XL. But it was NOT a mens XL!! It was so small I couldnt even fit my hand down the sleeve. So I email thier customer support and ask if I can return it or exchange it for the correct size. They responded that they sent me the correct size and that there was no way they would exchange or return the product. Basically its my fault I orderer an XL and the XL didnt fit. BEWARE OF THESE JERKS!!! There is absolutely zero customer service. They just take your money and run. I'm not the kind of person who leaves reviews either good or bad. So the fact that im writing this is telling you something!!

I wish I had looked at the reviews for this company before I had placed my order. The item we received didn't look anything like the picture on the website. We used their sizing chart and it was way to small. The material is incredibly cheap and not worth the money. We tried to return the item i sent several email no response back from the company i went on the social media and Able to get their HELP INFO Which SEVEN SIX ZEROᵗʷᵒ ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ ᶠᵒᵘʳ three ONE three ONE my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE DRESS TO THE COMPANY ON TIME DO NOT BUY OTHERWISE YOU won't WEARStay away from this company! Terrible quality. Worst customer service. I wish I had read reviews here before ordering. I bought a skirt for $23. It took a very almost a month to receive the item. Then I was very disappointed with the quality. The item was nothing like the picture, the pleats were uneven, 2 pleats in the back were flat, there's a spot where the fabric was sewed wrong. The material is also very cheap, not like in the picture. There website stated if you're not 100% satisfied, you will get a refund if return within 30 days of receiving product. I emailed them, and they kept saying they will only refund 5% and ship a replacement. To get a full refund, I would have to pay for shipping to ship the item back to China (they even said the shipping would be almost the same as the price I paid for the item).
Don't waste your $ and your time with NZWE. Buy from someone else.

AVOID THIS SITE! I made the mistake of not checking reviews and have had the worst experience. This company is based in China, even though they have a return California address (which is an electric company). They sent me the wrong products and refuse to send me a return label. They tried so hard to get me to keep the cheap tank tops they sent me by offering me 10%, then 20%, then 30% discount. Their customer service is as terrible as their products! The tanks I received are NOTHING like the picture or description but they refuse to send me a return label and refund my money. Constant back-and-forth emails with them trying to negotiate with me?! They said I should just keep them
Because shipping is too expensive to China???? I can’t tell you how cheap the items were! They are paper thin, terrible cheap sewing job and fabric- and they were the wrong product! AVOID this site!

These guys are thieves. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered a coat. The tracking number they gave me isn't working. I don't think I'm gonna see my £40 back either.

Customer service is a damn joke and they’re rude. Wanted to return some items because the quality was horrible they argued with me for days only to offer me a 10% refund.

4 week delivery on a slow boat from China only to find garbage in the bag that looked like it was stolen from the local market stall. Poor fit, poor quality and even poorer customer service.
Wouldn’t accept returns... tried to barter with 10% off and keep the item then 20% off and keep the item... finally “send the item back but incur £25 postage costs”. Dear oh dear.
Had to get PayPal to step in and sort for me. Needless to say I received a full refund and still have the garments. They are now in the bin where they belong

Awful do not use, wouldn’t accept a refund when their website clearly states they do. Avoid at all costs!
