Great Product and customer service
I have used Ocare now for a couple of years and I do believe it to be good value. It helps stabilise the water as well as making your skin feel smoother. I had to change my subscriber and contacted care customer service direct. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Id recommend more people to contact direct if you have any issue, they don't disappoint!

Top Notch Company and Product
I started using O-Care due to coming out in skin rashes following the use of powdered chemicals for my hot tub. The change was quite unbelievable. I have now used O-Care for a couple of years and would highly recommend it. It is so easy to use and it's literally just measuring out the clear liquid from two separate bottles. It leaves no mess and no strong chemical smell.
The second thing I would like to say is that O-Care's Customer Service is second to none. I have only had to contact them twice and both times my issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I would not hesitate to recommend O-Care to any hot tub users.

After 45 years of doing spa water maintenance using the same tedious and costly methods recommended by spa and spa chemical manufacturers, I am finally able to enjoy my spa water knowing that I am using fewer chemicals. The O-Care product has eliminated the need for three chemicals I have been using for decades. In addition, I found both the O-Care website and the phone app to be easy to use and filled with useful information for understanding and solving any water chemistry problem I was likely to encounter. I was also impressed with the O-Care Customer Service Department when I needed extra information to better understand how the O-Care product could help me. They responded quickly and addressed every concern I had. They provided additional background information in their responses including links to their website, which helped me understand a better way to maintain optimum spa water chemistry.

Customer service excellent, product not worth the money
The service was outstanding and very helpful. However after reading many positives regarding the actual product, we found it didn’t really make any difference whatsoever to our hot tub nor for ourselves. I think the product is very expensive for what it is and think they company would benefit from offering a taster bottle at a much reduced price. Would I buy again? No we have lots left!

Use O Care after a fresh fill
O care did not at first seem all that affective. I felt large doses of Chlorine were still required However after a service and fresh fill zi have found a huge difference. We still have some residue build up on the water line but chlorine and ph+ doses are much less

Kind to children's skin
Been using for 12 months. My water always appears clear and no odour. Use it as my Grandchildren use the tub regularly and the water is softer on their delicate skin.

I’d Recommend O/Care to friends and family without hesitation
I’ve used O-care for a number of years now and will continue to use it in the future. The water feels so soft and I definitely use less of the other chemicals by using O-Care. Overall I believe it to be cost effective and adds to the hot tub experience.

This is a great product
This is a great product, easy to use and does a great job making the spa water feel silky. We know our water is clean and odorless giving a nice feeling when you get out. Quite economical considering we get almost four months from a case.
