Genuine question: now that Daisy is becoming O2 Business, will O2 continue Daisy's policy of charging businesses for broadband and landline services after they have permanently closed and vacated their premises?
Our business ceased trading, the property was surrendered, and we no longer had access to the service. Yet we were told we must continue paying for months of broadband and landline charges, or pay the remaining contract value in a lump sum.
Is this the customer-first approach that O2 Business intends to carry forward, or will there be more flexibility and common sense for small businesses facing closure?
