Very happy to give me a loan however my…

Very happy to give me a loan however my payment card details changed the app will not work they will not accept payments over the phone and I'm unable to go to bank to make the repayments, dispite countless emails and phone calls the customer service I've recieved is certainly disappointing

Can’t top up

It’s good however trying to top up my loan is a struggle, connects to open banking then does nothing after you wait past the 3 minute point, emailed but got told they could do nothing as it has to be fully automated which is a shame

Terrible & Poor

Terrible & Poor, All round Non customer friendly, Weekly payments are hard work & crushing, No help through Covid era, No understanding, Payed the loan in full and they still told lies on my borrowing summary which now effects the credit file, They recieved all the money borrowed plus the interest, This service is about Oakham profit not helping the customer.

Poor quality service since changing process

Asks you to connect with open banking , goes through the process but it doesn’t complete. Contacted Oakham to be told it’s a known error offered no solution. Used to be a good option to use before introduction of open banking .
