Robbing company

Charged me and are asking me to pay still dodgy company and wont get back to my emails i have a bank statement showing the charge and they are saying they haven't charged me. Really bad customer service

Easy to get the first loan now for a second loan they want to connect to my bank account they should let customers know in advance that future loans would be done this way I would never have bothered with them no way would I give my login details to anyone

Hi Kevin, Thank you for leaving a review – it’s really valuable to hear about your experience. We only use open banking to confirm a customer’s application details when we’re unable to verify information with the credit bureaus. It allows us to approve many more loans than relying on bureau data alone. Open banking is a secure and encrypted service that provides us with a one-off report from your bank. It’s similar to sending in bank statements but faster and more secure. When you go through the open banking route you only share details directly with your bank, never with us or anyone else! I hope this info helps and that you’ll apply with Oakam again if you need an affordable loan in the future.

Thank you at Oakham. I couldn't believe how quickly you dealt with my claim. Within about 15mins I put the claim in and when I was accepted the money was in my account within 5 mins. Excellent service and easy to apply. Thank you for accepting me as your new customer.
