On my most recent purchase during a promotion you sent me the 2 freebies - Paris Bloom and Senora! I would never have picked these myself. Oh my Gosh, both are soo good! I also think Senora smells similar to the new Miss Dior Essence!

Paris Boom is another winner! They are beautiful right next to each other so I think they would be great layered as well.

And I picked up Heaven's Speak (lovely!) already had a sample of this and I blind bought Italian Cello and Vanilla Vacay and love them both.

I have quite the collection from Oakcha now and I very much appreciate that you all do not use Phtalate's!!

Had a really good experience with Oakcha — luxurious packaging, long-lasting scent, and a really nice balance of price and quality.

Very disappointed in the scents…..the return policy says open and unused, how am I supposed to try them? The packaging is beautiful and it was shipped quickly, but I also have to pay for the return. I’d say this is a bit of a scam…….

I have received Oakcha scents as gifts, but I recently decided to place my 1st order. There was an issue with it, so I reached out to customer service. I am so happy to say that my issue was handled immediately and their customer service was world class. The scents alone are fantastic, but knowing that they have a phenomenal response time, and the willingness to keep the consumer happy, will absolutely keep me coming back.

This was my first time ordering from Oakcha and I was happy not only with my order but also with the customer service I received. There was a minor issue with an out of stock item that they sent a replacement for that I wasn't sure about and a missing free item. I sent an email to customer service and they sent out a different replacement item that I selected and the missing free gift. The scent I did receive that I ordered are amazing. They smell so good I am considering putting in an additional order after the holidays to get some of the other scents I was looking at on their website.

I’ve purchased various fragrances from Oakcha in the past and have always been blown away by the quality, sillage and value of their products. However, there were a few fragrances in my latest order that I wanted to exchange. I reached out to Oakcha’s customer service department and they promptly (and smoothly) guided me through the exchange process. Now, all I have to do is wait for my new fragrances to arrive (I’m SO excited!).

If you haven’t purchased any fragrances from Oakcha yet, you’re really missing out. Their quality is consistent, the packaging is beautiful, and I love their atomizers. What are you waiting for?

I've purchased approximately 15 different fragrances from Oakcha in the last 2-3 years. I have always had a good experience and always been happy with my purchases. I've owned some of the original scents I've bought from them and so many times I've been unable to tell them apart!! I received my order in 5 days including the weekend so they've really stepped up their shipping speed!!!

Above and beyond customer service to rectify an order. Lightning fast shipping, arrived before projected day of delivery. Kissed Glow will be my new go to scent. 💓 My husband complimented me on the scent immediately. Will be recommending Oakcha

Okay, I’m officially obsessed. I ordered NINE perfumes from Oakcha and I don’t regret a thing 😂 Every scent smells expensive, lasts all day, and the bottles are gorgeous. It feels like getting a designer collection for a fraction of the price. Oakcha is honestly addictive — I’m already planning my next haul. It’s absolutely worth mentioning that they have excellent customer service.

I emailed customer service about a disappointment I had, with my recent purchase, not a perfume I thought I was getting, not their fault, however to me it didn’t smell the same as it did from the discovery set I had bought. He had no issues helping me. Wow their customer service is fast, Brian P. was so friendly and helpful to me. Not to mention I emailed late close to 10pm and got a response. He is quick to help with anything. I appreciate his options for me and the dedication to Oakcha to making the customer happy. I will always order from Oakcha, they are a wonderful company making huge waves in the fragrance world. I love their perfumes and at such great prices! My favorite so far is definitely sweven!

Returns are a hassle, the mystery perfume is horrible.

I love Dossier so I wanted to try another dupe brand for fragrances. The first I tried was Madam Rose (Delina dupe). I was really impressed by how close the scent was. This last purchase I actually tried their signature scents from the candy collection. Cotton clouds and watermelon jam were amazing, long lasting and yummy. The problem was in Pink Euphoria and the mystery scent “Body Water.” Pink euphoria smelled nothing like the notes. It’s supposed to be reminiscent of skittles, but it smelled so strongly of alcohol I couldn’t stand the smell to the point of taking a shower. Trying to find the notes for body water was impossible and they no longer make it, and I can see why. It literally smelled like nothing, literally as if I had sprayed a slightly musky water. I understand it is a free scent, but do not expect anything nice, it seems like it’s just their discontinued stock.

To return or exchange you have to pay for the shipping back (I thought it was like Dossier where it’s free so that’s on me). It’s not like I mind it, but this creates such a big hassle for the consumer I will probably just bite the bullet and toss the two fragrances I hated which feels like a waste.

I've purchased 7 fragrances so far and they have all been wonderful scents. I haven't had a brand last for hours as long as oakcha does. They also take immediate action when a mishap has happened with their products. And I appreciate how they handle customers.
