UNPROFESSIONAL

UNPROFESSIONAL, Communication Skills and Customer Service were on a scale of 0.
My first experience was very upsetting.
I was preapproved on a Car that was SOLD and the Manager was very rude but apologized for being a JERK!
I was told o would have a Car the same day and it was a 2 hour waste of time and the General Manager called me later the same evening to let me know they had a Trade in within my approval budget and he never followed up with me and each time I called for him he was in a meeting.
Very UNHAPPY, I would not reccomend this Dealership to ANYONE.
DISHONEST AND UNORGANIZED

SINCERELY,
