Nate and his team were excellent! I'm not able bodied and was struggling to find a flooring company that would cater to my needs. Nate was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the the best flooring for my budget and needs. This is a company that really takes care of their clients, with the best advice and service I've experienced in a good while. I would certainly recommend Oak Flooring Direct and I plan to have them on speed dial for further projects.

I searched the internet for some engineered wood flooring and wanted some advice as I had never bought before. I contacted Oak Flooring Direct and spoke to Katie; she was amazing from start to finish. There was no hard sell but instead, considered advice about different makes and the different types offered by the various suppliers. She volunteered sample after sample and was very patient with me. She really came into her own with the delivery, when the big lorry couldnt get to my gate. Katie offered up a solution at no further cost that worked perfectly. Katie provided excellent customer service throught the process. I cant recommend her and the company enough.

Dealing with Oak Flooring Direct was a great experience. The samples were sent out really quickly and, when I ordered the materials, they kept me in the loop and stepped in quickly when there was a problem with the couriers. Katie was particularly helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn't fault them, and I'd definitely use them again.

Aside from these guys having good prices their customer service is superb. When you are spending a lot of money online then customer service is what sets the good guys apart from the bad.

To start with they actually sent me the samples I requested; I am still waiting for samples from another company a month after I ordered them!

The prices were good, ordering easy and the wood arrived quickly. There were two issues with the delivery and Katie sorted them out, going above and beyond and calling me rather than hiding behind email.

I contacted Joanne at Oak Flooring Direct for details of engineered flooring available and she was extremely helpful in sending me samples and a few extra for consideration. I chose Quick Step engineered oak in Light Chestnut and I'm extremely happy with the quality and how easy it was to lay. The flooring looks fantastic and a lot more expensive than the price I paid. Many thanks to Joanne for a smooth transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Last Monday I purchased some Karndean LVT flooring from Oak Flooring Direct and the delivery was expedited speedily and efficiently by TPN. Due to an unfortunate error I needed to contact the Company for resolution. I spoke to James Fitzgerald who was exceptionally helpful. Within 24 hours he had arranged collection and return of the originally delivered product and delivery of a brand new replacement which arrived this morning (Friday). I have nothing but praise for the way my 'complaint' was handled by James and for the friendly and helpful attitude of everyone I have spoken to at this great Company. To have two deliveries and a problem fixed within 96 hours is well beyond what most Companies would achieve. Well done.

Couldn't recommend this company more; all the staff are so nice, happy and helpful, nothing was a bother. I appreciated that they phoned me so I could pick a delivery day and if you call them on the day they will give you the estimated time of delivery. I had a small issue where a couple of packs of flooring were damaged on delivery but all I had to do was email a couple of pictures and I received a refund into my bank account the same day! I've been renovating a full house so dealt with a lot of companies recently and by far this is the best service I've had.

Visited oak flooring direct to purchase new flooring for our new home. Katie was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgable about the products they sold. She also had amazing nails.

We were unsure of what colour flooring we wanted so Katie supplied a couple of samples to take home which helped immensely.

We felt like we were treated very well throughout and were happy with the advise given. The price was extremely competitive and overall we feel our new flooring is amazing value for money.

I needed to repair a huge solid oal floor and customer services were great. They went out of their way to chase the delivery agent and come back to me directly so i could plan the job well. Great quality product too.

The boards arrived on time and the fitter on the appointed day. He (Richard) was efficient and completed the whole job in a day.

A really positive experience from start to finish.Organised a trip to view the doors and Mark couldnt be more helpful.We were instantly impressed with the quality of the workmanship and also the door furniture.Delivery arrived bang on time and Amanda was in constant touch making sure everything went smoothly.Amanda even recommended a carpenter (Andy)who has done a first class job and we couldnt be happier with the final product and the whole experience.

Not a happy customer. I have ordered an underlay. Smooth process and I was impressed to receive a call an hour after placing order online to agree on delivery in three days' time. This happen to be Friday.

Morning and afternoon that Friday didn't bring the underlay to my door and no other communication was offered. I called OFD and have been put through to a gentleman that informed me that he didn't know that the order is urgent (?!) and that it hasn't been dispatched by the supplier to them yet so maybe there will be an update on Monday.
I have to admit that I was quite baffled by the statement of "Didn't know the order was urgent". Kind of defies the purpose of the sales team arranging delivery or the idea that my house is not suitable for storing of flooring for weeks on end so I'd naturally organise specialists to put down the flooring counting on timely delivery.
I got over my disappointment with that response and called on Tuesday for an update. This time my order has gone missing somewhere between the supplier and OFD and that they will get back to me when they re-order and have new dates.

Needless to say - I cancelled the order. The extra star is for the super quick credit note and refund that hit my account in no time what so ever. I was grateful for the decor of the staff who, for most part, I received as polite. However, I will not be back.

The whole experience was amazing. Kate was so easy to deal with. I was kept informed from the purchase through to delivery The flooring arrived exactly when she said it would, and the driver was one of the most helpful ever. I would recommend, and use them again without hesitation.

This company delivers a five star customer care service. From asking and receiving a quote (which was the most competitive), to amending my order and arranging delivery. They have been the easiest to deal with. Caroline and Katie both kept me up to date with information by email and phonecall. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again. Excellent service, which is sometimes a rarity these days.

Thank God for this company! All staff members have been extremely helpful but a special mention for Katie who has gone above and beyond. Having had terrible experiences with other companies previously, Oak Flooring Direct have restored my faith. Will recommend them to anyone who asks and definitely use them again in the future. We have not received the delivery of flooring yet but we were very impressed by the helpfulness of OFD staff on the phone. They also instilled confidence by recommending cheaper alternative accessories where they thought we neednt pay for more expensive materials providing no gain.

I recently purchased some beautiful engineered oak flooring from Oak Flooring Direct. The friendly professional service I received was 5 star. Katie and Ashleigh know their products very well and nothing was too much trouble. I was given a large sample board to take home to check that I liked the flooring before I purchased it, and a small sample to keep. Small samples are so useful to take along to fabric and paint shops.
I purchased in stock flooring and it was delivered the same day! The delivery driver was polite and very helpful.
The new flooring looks fabulous.
