I'm waiting for my furniture, which is another three weeks out, but the staff has been excellent so far. The website was easy, ordering was a breeze, and they actually CALLED me the next day to make sure all went well! I can't wait for my new bed!

i was a little sad that it would be 30 days for delivery but it turned out to only be 11 days, great service good people to do business with.

Well I didn’t get my furniture yet,so won’t know until after Thursday

When I called and spoke with Brandon Boustred, he was the most helpful employee i have reached to help me deal with not as of yet receiving my furniture from you.
Brandon Boustred went above and beyond any expectations and was also very kind and considerate throughout the transaction as well.
It would definitely be in your companies best interest to have more employees like him.

The only problem is, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!

I purchased a sofa table made from Mango Wood. Truthfully, I had no idea such a "wood" existed, nor did I know how sturdy it would be. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I got the table and it was so heavy and more than sturdy. Not only that, it's a beautiful piece of furniture that goes very well with any other wood as far as similarities in color. I just purchased a lamp table made from the same wood and cannot wait to receive it. The Mango Wood is much cheaper than Oak but just as nice and even more sturdy. I would recommend it for any purchase.

Easy to order, the piece was even nicer than how it looked, very nicely put together, beautifully finished. I will definitely order from this company again.

This furniture is outstanding - you will not be disappointed if you purchase a piece of furniture from Oakfurnitureland.

I spoke to Brandon on Sunday, Oct. 14 to place an order for Bevel Natural Solid Oak Glass Front Hutch which was supposed to arrive FULLY assembled with white glove option. The delivery men who were extremely nice said that the white glove treatment was never approved by OakFurnitureland and therefore could NOt Assemble it! I tried to call the number (UK) that was used on Sunday but call could not go through!! This delivery has been rescheduled for another day—however if I am not contacted re this matter I am canceling this order and reporting you!!

I haven't received my order yet but have talked to Sheldon a few times about not receiving my lamp tables. It has been a month since I ordered them, so Sheldon has reordered them he has been very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the tables will be here soon. Theresa Z

love the furniture but my cocktail table has some damage. Have called 3 times sent pictures day I received it still waiting to hear from them!

i am usually cautious about buying from a company i saw on line. But we liked the sideboard and bookcase we saw so bought them.They advised the date and time of delivery. we liked them so much that two days later we called and ordered a dining table and six chairs. they will arrive shortly.

We ordered 3 different orders 6 pieces furnitures as they seemed like good quality and made with real woods. I liked the effort provided by customer service agent who worked patiently.

She was very helpful, knowledgable, approachable, and dealt with our questions efficiently.
Having already purchased from oak furniture land previously, we know the furniture is of very good quality.
I would definitely use the Durham branch again.

Small but exactly what I was looking for. Nice quality and delivery was well done.

I ordered a dining table which came down in price by almost $400.00 by the time it was delivered. They would not honor the price reduction and granted no match in price. Also, the hardware to assemble the table legs was incomplete and told me to go to home depot to get bolts! Unacceptable customer service....will never order from them again and do not recommend this company.
