I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.

I contacted Oakheart early in the process of renovating a house to ask for their advice on likely rental income. Richard came round to view the property and from the first moment onwards has been incredibly professional and helpful with guidance on what modernisation would work best from a rental tenant's perspective while remaining pragmatic about the work required to achieve this. Oakheart's team have recommended reliable and reasonably priced contractors on several occasions, answered specific queries about internal fittings required and, at the end of all of this, found tenants so quickly that the property didn't even need to be advertised. Five star service, way beyond what I could ever have anticipated - thank you to the whole Oakheart team for making this process as smooth as it could possibly be.

We completed on our house sale on Friday and Oakheart have made this journey effortless.I have brought and sold multiple properties over the years and never have I received a service like I have from Oakheart. Our journey started by speaking to Josh from Oakheart who was extremely professional, polite and not pushy like many estates agents I’ve dealt with in the past. He got the ball rolling and put me in touch with Darren. Darren came to value our property and straight away we could tell he was a wealth of knowledge, with a highly professional and friendly approach. A few days later a photographer arrived at our property who had an incredible eye for detail and took the best photos of the house I have ever seen. The house was on the market very soon after, and after speaking to Darren he seemed confident Oakheart would sell the property quickly. He kept to his word and it was sold in 24 hours. From then on, I was liaising with Annalise who was in charge of my sales progression. Her communication and professionalism is second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her client care.
