I have been going to Oakley for many years now and always find them to be so helpful. This year I booked my GSXR I for a full service and MOT rather than me waiting around Paul kindly offered me a demonstration bike to use to which I took him up on. Went for. Great ride out and come back once mine was all done. Always great service from Paul and the team will be back for a cuppa and a chat may even look into purchasing the MBP c1002v a great bike to ride in fact I would say better suited to me . Very good price .

Rubbish service was booked in for two recalls never get call backs or email replies and Waited for months just to be told they haven’t even start the claim. Cowboys
I bought my CF motorbike at Oakley Motorcycles. However, things started going bad after the second service. I took my motorcycle to Oakley Motorcycles on a Saturday and waited there from morning till closing. As I was riding the bike, it started running worse as it got warmer. I called them the next day and informed them of this problem. However, they were not interested in investigating the problem. It seemed like they already knew what was wrong with the bike. Recently, I dropped it off at the garage again for seven days, but they had no technicians available or time to look at it. My bike is barely two years old and still under the new warranty. I shouldn't have to beg them to look at it, especially when a problem develops after they've touched it. The bike rode beautifully on the way down to the garage like a brand new bike, but rode back like a bike 10 years older. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, as you'll regret it just like I have.
