Ordered a cognac wool quarter zip men’s sweater in July. Received a milk chocolate polyester pullover. Radio silence on all communications until I threatened poor reviews. That was in late August. Finally got engagement only to be flogged with lame excuses and after 18 email volleys, an offer of 10% refund. Insisting on a full refund, I still await.

Oakmont Row sent me an email on 09/06/26 telling me that my shoes had been shipped using YunExpress tracking number YT2625000704157636.
Not only I have not received my package, but to this day, the tracking information provided is: “Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier “.
I have emailed the seller multiple times for updates on my package, to no avail.
Their response was always: asking me for more time.
Update: They emailed me to let me know that the shoes are out of stock.
So, they collected my money but they never shipped the item!.
I have requested my money back.
Now, they are not refunding me. They are stalling.
Beware! This is not a responsible seller.
They are crooks.
