Poor standards of delivery and aftersales
The furniture is good but I have had several deliveries so far and still waiting as every time they deliver there is always a piece of furniture missing. They state that the warehouse and delivery are a 3rd party so the goods are not even coming from who you are buying off. The aftersales is not good, you have to keep chasing to get any response.
After ordering four pieces of furniture…
After ordering four pieces of furniture for our lounge, I saw some negative reviews which left us a little concerned. Our delivery arrived yesterday and within the time line stated. Great guys, furniture very well packed and on opening, all pieces in mint condition. Really impressed by Oak Outlet and would have no hesitation in using again.
Placed an order for some bedroom…
Placed an order for some bedroom furniture, received an email update the same day advising items were in stock, a few days later had a text booking the order in with me. Really pleased with the furniture and fast delivery.
Cheap mdf and pine not oak. Not even close!
Order took 11 weeks to arrive, when it did I found my oak sideboard was basically mdf and pine with an oak veneer. Really poor quality flimsy nailed on back. Not what I expected for the money. The customer service is atrocious, rude staff who are if you ask me, use to people ringing up and complaining. Dismissive and kept reiterating stock answers. Extremely disappointed.
Item hasn't arrived in 6 months
I ordered something in January with a 2 week waiting time. They took my money but emailed me immediately to say the item was out of stock and they would be delivering in May. In May they emailed to say stock isn't due until the end of June. It's now the end of June and I've had no further updates and they haven't returned my calls or emails so doubt I will now receive my order. I am chasing a refund via PayPal now. Don't take orders and payment if you know you can't deliver the product. It's been 6 months which is ridiculous for something that was meant to arrive in 2 weeks...

Ordered furniture almost two months ago and the company will not respond to emails or calls about the whereabouts of the items. The phone number provided online just rings out.
Avoid at ALL Costs !!!
I placed an order for bedroom furniture five and a half weeks ago on 25/3/2023 and was given a 4 week lead time. This was not a problem. Later that day I placed a second order for some more bedroom furniture. However, this item was in stock for immediate delivery. I paid my delivery charge and waited. 2 days later I received an email asking if I wanted to have all of the items delivered together (in 4 weeks). I responded that I had paid the second delivery charge and would like this item delivered ASAP. I heard nothing more from them regarding either of my orders. I chased them again today and they SAID that they had emailed me with a delivery date of 3 April. I did NOT receive this email and it did NOT go to JUNK as they suggested.
I was then offered a delivery on 9th May (not exactly express delivery). I told them I was thinking of cancelling my orders and was advised that I would need to email this if I wanted to cancel. I thought about it and sent an email advising that I would accept the delivery on 9th May. I then received a call asking me if this was correct. I asked if this delivery was both orders or just one order. She said it would be both orders. When I asked (politely I might add) whether this was the plan all along (2 delivery charges but only 1 x delivery) I was told that because I was rude ( I was NOT rude - although I certainly felt like I could have been very rude, I simply asked a question that made this lady uncomfortable) she was going to cancel my orders. This was actually a huge relief to me as, at this point, I didn't hold out much hope for a successful outcome. However, 2 minutes later I received an email advising that both of my orders were cancelled at MY request. Still awaiting my refund and keeping my fingers crossed that we can avoid a trip to small claims court!
Exceptional
Ordered an oak console table. Arrived as planned by a really friendly and helpful delivery driver. Arrived in perfect condition and looks great in my hallway. I would use again and I would highly recommend

Walked into the showroom with no sales pressure paid for aten seater oak table and chairs was delivered and put together by two friendly delivery guys we ordered a king size divan set which we were told would take 3 weeks it being delivered friday 21/4/2023 good quality handmade furniture made will be buying more of their products next month

Really lovely local shopping experience, competitive prices, sales staff have really good product knowledge, delivery men very professional and installed my dining table very quickly in the desired location. Would recommend and definitely deserve a 5 star review.
First Class
We ordered 2 sigma chairs on 19 July with a 7-14 day delivery timescale. It is now 8am on 23 July and the chairs already have pride of place in our kitchen. Great quality, industry beating prices, top quality and fabulous service (in particular Kayleigh who kept us informed). Thanks Oak Outlet.
Furniture is nice but customer service…
Furniture is nice but customer service is not good. Ordered my furniture which took ages to arrive. Eventually got it but one part was damaged and still not sure of delivery date of replacement part over a month later.
Shoddy
No notification of delivery, lost stock, damaged stock, no reply to e-mail.
Don’t bother, shoddy goods & shoddy service. Expecting more of the same with collection of damaged goods & the getting of a refund.
