Had a man doing an electrical check today , he told me everything was ok, then a few hours later I’ve noticed none of the sockets are working upstairs ! Called the office they said they will call me back and didn’t , so I had to call again, and now I have to wait to see if they can get someone out to me!
I’m more annoyed with the man who said everything was ok. Such bad communication.

I had a great experience with Karan Ramdeen.He arrived on time, dealt with the job with great experience and professionalism and was very friendly,Simply the best!

I received a letter from Oakray advising me of works needs to be done. The letter does not state what works. Common sense is not common.

This has got to be the worst heating company ever! For the second year in a row they have messed up our service on our boiler. Think they need to retrain the employees A.S.A.P !

If the driving of their vehicles is anything to go by then steer clear! Constantly on mobile phone going through Tendring village, no care or diligence for other road users.
It’s enough for me to never consider their services, shocking driving!!!

This is the worst company. They came to my property said they did the work, which they never did and then expected a good feedback.
If you want professional work done on your property, even the smallest of things DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This problem is still unresolved.
PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

They’re actually a joke, I was contacted and told someone was coming out. After waiting in all day no one came, and I had contacted them and was told someone would call back, when no one did I called back again and was told no one was told to call me back and that no one can. They’re a pathetic company and must be run by infants.

There have been here a month and they already have a bad 👎 attitude

If i could leave zero stars i would, avoid at all costs, staff are extremely rude and have no respect for other people

Initial contact with Oakway Contractors was good, they turned up on time to give me a quote and provided this in writing. But I have been left with an EYESORE of a drive which was meant to be a practical and aesthetic improvement to the house, but is not.

The works were done between 13th Dec - 10th Jan (4 weeks and not 1 week they originally quoted) when the weather was damp, so the paving appeared to be the same mid-grey block paving I had selected. However, when the weather is dry you can clearly see 2 different grey blocks have been used without any thought, care or pattern and looks ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. There is no filling between paving, there are block with cracks and the finish around the flower bed is terrible and I have concerns that it will sink over time.

I'm so embarrassed that my drive is the worst looking on my road and I have paid thousands for the privilege. I have asked for this to be rectified but of course they have my money so no solution has been offered.

DID NOT ATTEND TWICE BT PRETENDED THEY DID.I was waiting for a gas safety check and I received a letter stating that this was the second request even though it was only the first letter/request that I had received.
I rang them up and spoke with Louise. She advised me that 'Ben' had put on record that he was at my home but there was no access. He was not at my home and I have a ring doorbell which will prove this. This is the second time this has happened now. Ben is a liar obviously and I would not recommend this company.
I have taken time off work to wait in twice and now I have to take a third day off work to wait in yet again.
Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE LIES AND HASSLE!

After a week of back and fourth speaking to this person and that person and having no hot water. Nadia in the installation team has been the only person at Oakray to actually help and get the new boiler sorted sooner than the original date given. She has been professional, so helpful and just a lovely person who actually wants to help rather than just passing me through to all different people. She really has gone above and beyond. Nadia is a credit to Oakray. Thank you Nadia.

Old decking removed from garden and new fence and patio completed promptly.

Brilliant workmanship. Do e new driveway for me and built some boundary walls.
