Ordered an Anker Solix 40l fridge and it arrived within two working days.

Owner called me because there was a stock issue with the batteries (which is Ankers fault, not his) and offered to deliver the unit without the battery and then send the battery separately when it comes back in stock, which I accepted.

The fridge works brilliantly and arrived in perfect brand new condition

Alongside having competitive prices, I couldn’t recommend this independent enough.

I do think they could be better at emailing and communicating with customers - but that’s very minor and I’m sure it will improve over time.

Had an issue with a faulty BBQ purchase. Had tried to get hold of the company on numerous occasions and was getting increasingly frustrated with no return contact, I managed to obtain a contact number through another company associated with ORA and got hold of Chris the MD who was hugely apologetic and could not believe the contact or product issues I had encountered. It turns out that ORA are having a new website and email communication had not been reaching them and there should be a contact telephone number on the website, both of which should have been sorted by their new website design company. I received a full refund of my purchase whilst on the call and they are sending me a returns label to return the product to them for investigation as this has never been an issue before with the Nomadiq BBQ grill. Great customer service!! ....eventually and I would now use and recommend this company again.

placedan order for a BBQ and received an email confirmation of order but not received any further update on order despite emailing them.

been waiting over a week for update and nothing and missed the opportunity to use it on the bank holiday weekend, not impressed

no telephone number on their website to speak with someone.

now thinking i have been scammed

great stuff. bought a VICKYWOOD CUMARU last month and love it.
