I purchased a motorcycle mounting kit and patrol bag but did not receive it for several months. I sent Oaks & Phoenix three emails to enquire where my goods were, with no response whatsoever. It was only once I initiated a refund through my bank that Oaks & Phoenix responded. It turns out my package was lost. Oaks & Phoenix eventually rectified the situation. After receiving the product, I can say that I am satisfied with the product but my overall experience had been tarnished by the lack of communication.

I bought my backpack more than 3 years ago, was very happy with it and used it almost daily for work. Now one of the hinges is worn down so that the strap falls off.
I really would like to find a solution to fix it - I am even willing to pay for it.

But I called and wrote Oaks&Phoenix several emails without getting any response.
I am very disappointed by the service. This is a waste of money and material and the opposite of sustainable if I have no option to repair the bag.

I did alot of research when it came to picking a bag that was visually appealling to me and did what was required of it. I went with the Chief bag from Oaks and Phoenix. Although there was loads of pretty pictures with guys holding the bag. But not many of the specs of the bag. 1 photo showed the inside with some clothes in the bag along with some stationary. But i decided to go ahead ultimately based on the look of the bag alone and holding there was more inside :(

My 3 stars is based on limited compartment space and the exclusion of a smart sleeve.

The quality of the leather is good and the bag feels like it will out live me. Just disappointed in the lack of compartments for a bag that is nearly a 200 pound.

If Oaks and Phoenix incorporate a smart sleeve and additional compartments. This bag would be 5 stars all day.

Amazing bags. I have the Arctic in brown with the tanks straps. What a brilliant idea and execution. The quality is better than I could have hoped for. The only thing that might surpass the product is the service they provide. I had a small issue with my bag and they were quick respond to issue a replacement.

Oak & Phoenix are worth every penny.

First of all, the bag is a treat in it self. I bought a weekendender which has a feel of very high quaility from the leather finish and provides a spacious and good looking bag. Everything seems well thought through with dedicated spaces for a laptop, tablet and 3 smaller inside pockets. Very happy for my purchase

Secondly, Jakob was very helpful in my exchange from a black to a brown version. Fast answer, easy progress and the kindest custumerservice.

Oaks & Phoenix will receive my highest recommendations and the best of luck in the future.

These guys are great and their products are amazing!
Ordered two of the weekend bags and the bike mounting kit for my Honda CB750 k.
The bike mounting straps where super simple to install and hold everything nicely in place. The bag(s) themselves are really well made and look great on or off the bike.
So if you're looking for something a bit special then i would definitely recommend these guys.

I've got 2 bags: smaller backpack Arctic Day Bag in black for me and the Chief bag same colour for my wife. Both bags look great. The quality is also good. Delivery was fast and free!

Great looking bags and amazing leather. I purchased the artic weekender, chief and motorcycle straps. Jakob was extremely helpful when answering my questions. Everything arrived quickly. Great service. Looking forward to Christmas so I can start using them!
