Total scam. Signed a poorly worded contract in good faith that I promised I would pay them "commissions." No big deal with the money I was earning from their algorithm based trade signals. Then come to find out that they wouldn't allow use of profits from the trading account to be used to pay the commissions, only outside funds. Got a couple friends together to pay the commissions on his account so we could use his funds to pay ours and get us all paid off, and he gets a message back from the admin assistant:
"This is a scam. Bye buddy"
We were then kicked off the group chat, no one in the group will respond to messages, and even worse, customer service on the platform they use has gone "radio silent."

To safeguard retail investors, the issuance of clear, actionable guidance is imperative to ensure robust investor protection mechanisms are universally implemented and adhered to.
