I ordered a birthday shirt for my…

I ordered a birthday shirt for my husband well in advance and paid €7 for UPS delivery. Unfortunately, the package arrived late and was never delivered to my home address. Communication throughout the process was poor.

While the product quality was acceptable, the late delivery defeated the purpose of ordering in advance for a birthday gift. When I attempted to exchange the item, I was told it had to be for the same product in a different size only. Instead, I decided to order a different, more expensive item and return the original.

Despite their mistake, they retained €12 of my money…

The overall experience felt sloppy and unprofessional.

I'm willing to give them one more chance, but based on this experience, I probably won't order from them again.

Bought linen long pants

Bought linen long pants, the quality and fit of the pants are great. To avoid any disappoint you just have to study the size guide properly.
Delivery was quick. Overall I’m very pleased 👍

They can’t deliver to Canada - and you shouldn’t try

Have been trying to place an order for a month. When you get through putting all your info in it displays the Provinces - but won’t accept them.
Several emails from CSR saying they’ll get their techies on it… They suggested putting another “state” in and changing it later. Totally dumb…
A month later, their prices have gone up, but I still can’t order.
They are incredibly stupid people… probably just as well that I can’t order…

July 31, 2025 Letter I wrote after I posted this review and company responded below, and by email…

“I wrote your customer service 5 times from June 2 to July 4. You wrote back saying the problem was being corrected on July 4 - but only after I posted a review of the service on Trust Pilot on June 29.

When I went to look at purchasing the items, the prices had all gone up by a little over 20% in USD and about 30% in $CDN.

So I read some other reviews and found your customer service ranked much as I had. The thought of shipping your product to Canada and finding that it matched your service level - has ended my interest in buying from you. That, and your return fees.

And I don’t want more run around by you Customer Excuses Team

Ordered a few things to be delivered in…

Ordered a few things to be delivered in time for a holiday. Shipping date kept being pushed back without explanation and ultimately I won't receive the goods now. No response whatsoever from customer service. Another scam Instagram company that I'll have to go through my card provider to get a chargeback from. AVOID.

Brand with style!

Updated! I really want to connect with this brand - the style is great - I did have trouble getting messages about a return so the company reached out and helped me sort out. Sizing seems large but I am sure I’ll try again!

Incredible quality

I have 3 shirts, a robe and a bucket hat all in the cotton terry material. For someone who is very particular about what they wear the designs and quality are amazing!

I think their swimwear items are overpriced and all of the men's shorts are too short in length, including non swimwear collection.

Amazing Designs but sadly very poor…

Amazing Designs but sadly very poor quality...

We have bout two robes and a towel around a year ago... All of them are almost in unusable condition after 1 year of weekly use... Very sad the we have to find an alternative for our spa visits...
Sadly quality is far from its prices..

Great design, poor quality.

Guys - I love the designs- but the quality is really poor. I paid £80 for my shirt. Wasn't worth it.

Please improve the quality. Great branding, but do it some justice.

Very Poor Quality & Fit

Purchased a couple of items. The quality and fit of their items was awful. The delivery took a week to arrive and for what I am returning the return fee is extortionate, probably to deter you from sending back.

I think they have spent their money on good online marketing for substandard products.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER AND BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS, THEY CHARGE PREMIUM BUT IS A CHEAP COMPANY.

I bought several swim pants from them and after the first use, following their own washing instructions - the drawstring on one pair of swimpants were destroyed. I contacted their customer support and they told me that they would send new drawstrings to me. I waited over three weeks, still no drawstring showed up. I reached out to them again, asking them to send the new drawstrings to me. After 1 month, they reply me and tell me that new drawstrings will be sent. It took almost TWO months, TWO. But still no drawstrings have showed up. This is a SCAM.

Worst customer experience and service

Worst customer experience and service, ever. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Purchased two swimsuits that, UPON ARRIVAL lacked the vibrant color shown in their ads. They charged a $25 restocking fee and did not respond to repeated requests to waive this fee by returning the entire purchase price due to their error. THEIVES!

Quality not great. £18 charge for return.

Quality lower than expected and fit not great, so had to return. Charged £18 for return from UK. I can understand a small charge for return to cover shipping and handling, but this is excessive. Will not order again.

Late Delivery - Missed Vacation - £18 Return Fee

I ordered a shirt from OAS for a vacation. Prior to placing the order I checked the delivery times and estimated that based on their delivery information the shirt would arrive at the latest 24 hours prior to my departure. So I ordered the shirt.

I noticed straight away that the shirt wasn't dispatched in good time and it did not arrive within the window stated by OAS.

Frustrating. I'd not have ordered the shirt if I had known their departure times were so slow.

However, the real anger came when I went to return the shirt (because I no longer have a need for it) and there is a minimum charge of £18 to return it.

I queried why I should have to pay for a return based on their own miss-selling of their delivery times and they stated that the shirt wasn't in fact delivered outside of the delivery window because they don't class 4:44pm as a working hour.

All in all a poor experience that will stop me from buying from them again.

If you are reading this wondering whether you can trust their delivery times and feel as though £18 is an extortionate return fee, then take my advice and avoid them.

Octopus bathrobe

Octopus bathrobe: Gorgeous, love the print. Size runs small: mine, a gift, was XXL/XXXL, fit more like an XL upon receipt (I’m 6’6”/1.99m tall, 275lb/125kg). Shrank very noticeably after one laundering, even though washed cold and tumble dried low for only 10-15 min then hung to finish drying. Not a great value for the money, considering.

Explained my situation and out of goodwill they expedited my order and it’s already in my suitcase within 1 day destined for Dubai. Eyeing up more for my next trip. Surpassed expectations

I recently placed my first order with OAS after seeing their linen button-up shirts recommended online. I'm very impressed with the quality and customer service experience.

The shirts themselves are incredible - the linen fabric is lightweight yet durable, with a smooth texture. They have a classic fitted cut that's flattering without being tight. Both shirts I ordered wash and wear well, retaining their shape after multiple washes. The attention to detail in the stitching and buttons is also top-notch.

Perhaps most impressively, OAS's customer service is phenomenal. When I accidentally chose the slower shipping option at checkout, I quickly got in touch to ask if I could upgrade. Not only did they expedite it for free, but had the new order out same-day. The replacement shipment arrived in just 2 days.

Will be buying from them again soon!
