Unprofessional Service & Breach of Signed Agreement BEWARE: Fraudulent Refund Policies & Breach of Trust!

"Oasis Visas is engaging in deceptive practices. After failing to provide any service for over a year (not even a single interview), they are now trying to CHEAT me out of my refund.
They are verbally claiming a '60-day refund policy' which is a complete LIE and is nowhere mentioned in our signed Stamp Paper Agreement. This is a clear case of hiding facts and misleading consumers. Even with a signed commitment of a 75% refund (₹45,600) from their Branch Manager, Priyanka Sharma, they are refusing to pay.
This is a total breach of trust and a violation of Consumer Protection laws. I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance 9099611). Save your hard-earned money and stay away from their fake promises!"

They are fraud

They are fraud. Remember the names: pragya, mahima, aparajita, anjali, pallavi, simar . They all call themselves the Case Managers but all they are doing is fraud. They all are certified liars and from the beginning of the conversation they will lie to you until they get some money from you. Once you paid you will no longer be entertained for more than 2 minutes on call which is after calling them more than 10 times a day. These ladies are rude and whenever you call you won’t be listening from the same person again. In my case the case manager was on leave for more than 2 months which is quite strange for such a small consultancy. All i want is to save you all reading this comment to not commit the same mistake i made by starting process with them as you won’t get any job neither your money. Save your time and money and stay away from these thugs. And i hope one day the government take some strict action against these fraudulent.

Zero star

I want to bring attention to the extremely unprofessional experience I faced with this organization. After collecting advance payment and getting agreements signed, they repeatedly caused delays from their own side, and later blamed me for timelines that they themselves failed to meet.

Several representatives — including those managing customer onboarding and operations — repeatedly assured me that everything was on track. But their actions proved otherwise. Their communication lacked transparency, consistency, and accountability.

Even after I confirmed with the Ireland Consulate that WES verification is acceptable and necessary for work permit processing, my application was cancelled with the false reasoning that I did not complete documentation in time.

This behavior has raised serious concerns regarding:
⚠ Business integrity
⚠ Ethical practices
⚠ Customer rights protection

My recommendation to others:
Do not trust verbal commitments or sweet promises — always demand transparent written timelines and escalation contacts before paying anything.

Customers deserve honesty and respect, not blame shifting and financial loss.

I urge the management to take ownership of the failures in their onboarding team and leadership chain to ensure this does not happen to others.

Completely Unprofessional Attitude

Completely unprofessional attitude. I was being contacted by their team for job opportunities and settling in abroad. There is a immigration officer which they appointed that handles the documentation of the process. Her name was Priya. She contacted me for the documents. When I said I need sometime to think on it (as the team contacted me only 2 hours back for the first time ), She spoke to me very rudely and unprofessionally. This kind of attitude is not acceptable while talking to a person to whom you are offering services. I would recommend everyone to refrain and avoid going ahead in the process from OASIS consultancy.

They are big cheaters

They are big cheaters, go and check the reviews in quora , I have all the mail communications, when you realise they are cheating and ask for refund, they used to say the lame excuses like refund team is in medical leave , they are yet to reply… I am trying for more than 10 months to get back my refund amount but still not getting, Mary bora, pallavi these are reps deal with me, still sending remainder mails… but no reply from their side and even they not even pick the call. Don't go to Oasis for immigration, One of the worst and fraud company. Even i mailed to head office, but no reply. Waiting for refund from 10 months and still waiting. there is no zero rating to give. they are not even for worth for 1 rating.

Companies really makeing fool of people - Extremely Disappointing Experience with "Oasis Resource Managment" Delhi – Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication

Extremely Disappointing Experience with "Oasis Resource Managment" Delhi – Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication

I am writing to share my frustrating experience with [Consultancy Name], a company I trusted to handle my work visa application, but which failed to deliver on their promises. From unprofessional behavior to poor communication, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Worse, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, no meaningful action has been taken by the management.

Here’s a summary of the issues I encountered:

Miscommunication About Documents: I was informed that certain documents were missing, only for the consultant to later admit they had already received them. This level of disorganization is unacceptable when dealing with important documentation.

Unprofessional Last-Minute Communication: I frequently received calls or emails right before the consultant's logout time, making it seem like they were rushing to check a box rather than genuinely trying to assist. This lack of care for customer service is frustrating and unprofessional.

Inconsistent Timelines: I was initially told the process would take 4-5 days, but the timeline kept extending with every follow-up, without any clear explanations or accountability.

Unclear and Changing Expectations: Instructions given were often vague and confusing, with document requirements changing from email to email. This lack of consistency caused significant delays and confusion.

Rude and Unhelpful Behavior: The consultant, Pragya, was frequently rude, focusing more on pointing out perceived errors than offering constructive solutions. She seemed confused about the process, making it even more difficult for me to navigate.

Unavailability of Senior Support: When I requested to speak to a senior member of the team for more clarity, I was told that no seniors were available on Saturdays. The consultant then ended the call as her office hours were over, even though she had called me at her logout time. This left me with no solutions and more frustration.

Constantly Changing Document Requirements: The requirements for proof of funds and other documents kept changing without warning. Initially, I was asked for 3 lakhs in funds, which was later reduced to 1 lakh in subsequent emails. Other documents, like affidavits, were suddenly requested after I had already submitted what was initially required.

No Action Taken by Management: Despite escalating these concerns, the management has taken no meaningful steps to resolve the situation. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has eroded any trust I had in their service.

Aggressive Sales Tactics: When you initially inquire about their services, you will receive multiple calls pushing for payment. However, once the payment is made and you’ve signed up for the service, the communication completely changes. Calls go unanswered, and you’re left chasing them for updates. This lack of support after receiving payment shows a clear focus on sales rather than customer care.

Given these ongoing issues, I no longer wish to continue with their services and have requested a refund, but no action has been taken.

I hope this post serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering [Consultancy Name] for visa services. The promises they make before payment are not upheld once you become a client, and the overall service has been nothing short of disappointing.

ORM has been an absolute nightmare

ORM has been an absolute nightmare, delivering an utterly bitter experience. I strongly advise against engaging with this agency. Instead, consider investing in yourself to enhance your skill set; this will undoubtedly open up better opportunities abroad. ORM appears to be nothing more than a scam, with no credible evaluation process, false promises, fictitious addresses, and a complete lack of genuineness. Don't squander your hard-earned money by placing trust in them. I've had my fill.

P.S. To the person reading my review: safeguard your finances and stay far away from ORM!

I was clueless about how to get a PR…

I was clueless about how to get a PR Visa for Canada and got no clear advice from any immigration consultants in Delhi. But Oasis Resource Management Visa Consultant in Nehru Place not only helped me get Canada PR Visa but also explained the Canadian immigration rules.

It's great experience with Oasis team who are there to assist me for every step. Thanks a lot for making my process so smooth.
