Excellent customer service, super-fast turnaround time
Customer service was sometimes hard to get through to, but once I did, the service was excellent! Turnaround time on the Express service was incredibly fast. They had the visa applications submitted to the consulate the same day they got the package from me, and we had the visas back in just over a week (though I would recommend that you allow at least two weeks--we just happened to hit right during the off season).

Reliable and fast-turn around
I've used Oasis several times over the past 5 years, and they have been 100% reliable. I have always received my Visa quickly and never encountered any problems. I also like the status update emails, as they allow you to monitor the process in real time.

Fast and Easy
I was quite afraid to send my passport off to total strangers in order to get a Visa, but Oasis was very helpful in making this process fast and easy. I received updates continually until it was shipped back to me, and it took less time than I thought it would.

Excellent, helpful service
The team at Oasis China visa was exceptionally helpful with my visa application. They anticipated possible issues for a non-US applicant, so I might have provided more than was needed up-front, but it spared any delays and meant that my visa was ready much sooner than expected. Susan, Eric and the rest of the team made this worth the extra cost.
