Class Act, Cut and Dry, No Games
Smaller company, but they did work at fair price. I chose them after having to deal with all the scummy sales reps. I just wanted to engage a company with high level skill. I paid right in the middle (92k) for a siding, windows, waterproof decking. There was two change orders that were possible and called out in advance. One happened and the other did not. The project manager was also the sales guy. He provided continuity of service. During the quoting process they were the only company that didn't speak negatively of other companies. I think they probably deal with business class customers because their communication was just cut and dry. No nonsense. I've used other vendors. I wish they were bigger because I have large commercial projects they'd be good on.
