These guys are amazing I had difficulty to install theirs product to install to my laptop due to some software issues on my laptop and they spent a lot of time and effort helping me remotely to solve it.Definitely will be my first choice for my automotive diagnostics tool needs in the future

These guys were extremely helpful as I was having trouble setting up the software but there tech support seems very good at what they do and resolved the issue for me in a matter of minutes

had issue with login to my device, contacted support and the issue was resolved very quickly, so 5stars given.

I purchased four items and update software from them.
I trust them.

I ordered the BDM kit (full). the reason I ordered this particular kit was because the name sounded professional and the time to receive item and price. there where several other offers for the same kit that where $10 to $20 more and a later shipment date as well. I had to email several times and threaten to dispute to finally get a response. I basically had to become aggravated almost every time to get a response. they sent me "half" the kit .. (22 mod pieces that I honestly did not want but to get the deal they came with it) I again had to respond aggravated to get a response. they responded that they made a mistake on the price. all I supposed to get was the chip set. I asked them to honor thier deal and I did not want the chip set, I was really after the BDM frame. again no response. I can no longer get this deal on any BDM frame because it is no longer black Friday .. I have read thier reviews and read what they have stated to certain customers (as it seems they will not respond to negative ratings) that they will not refund thier money unless they retract thier dispute with PayPal and remove thier reviews. I gave them an option to honor thier deal as was posted online or give my money back and send me a return shipment and I will return what they sent me .. they lied, and it seems they are now taking my money from me. I am not only out the BDM frame kit but extremely frustrated as well. they sent me a return label but have not refunded my money. they are not responding when i told them I got the label now I need my refund. they have sense marked the price up about $60 to $80. if it was my business I would have honored the deal and avoided a dispute and bad review.

I purchased an MD806 Pro from them during the Black Friday sale in 2021. I bought it for £153 instead of the usual price over £200. The MD806 Pro works a treat, and has already allowed me to reset several fault codes on mine, and some friends cars.

These guys are legit.....im a real person...not a robot....i buy crashed colorados for my business and i fix them. I needed the mdi2 device and software to fix these cars. Im not gonna lie....i was super skeptical but their stuff is real!!! I bought the MDI2 and their pre loaded software....heres my input...
MDI2 is identical to GM'S. Their MDI2 is setup for their version of GDS2 software theyre using which isnt the latest software which is fine! Im saying this cause i was forced to use GM'S sps $40 subcription to program a power steering motor.......the MDI2 took the update from the acdelco login for SDS...allowed me to program my module with real 100% acdelco software....this MDI2 worked flawlessly on the real gm online acdelco software. Also out of curiosity...i said fuk it....let me buy the 3 day gds2 login. And no problems. I used this mdi2 unit FLAWLESSLY on acdelcos GDS2 and SPS software!!!! It does work!!! THESE GUYS DID NOT GIVE ME THIS FOR FREE!!!!! I BOUGHT THIS KIT!!!!!!! THIS IS REAL. I AM IN NORTHERN Nj! I am real!!!!
So.....to the hacked version of GDS2 on their drive. Brilliant! Worked 100% perfectly with the mdi2 device i bought. Thankfully you can put the mdi2 into recovery mode and force the old software back in. Acdelco updates the mdi2 NOT TO WORK with these guys software...but a simple trick they showed me puts the mdi2 into recovery mode and then you flash the mdi2 back to the software that will work with the hacked version.
This is brilliant! I would absolutely reccomend this kit with the hard drive. A++++++. Already saved me over 1k$ usd not having to do to the god damm dealer!!!!!!
So....heres a tip. I wasnt trying to be cute...i was so worried that going to the internet would fuk up my china drive with gds2.....i properly cloned the drive when i bought it.....i tried to use the clone drive but it doesnt work. The gds2 is married to the hard drive so dont waste your time. Make your clone of the drive and save it in case you fuk up your china drive....you can then atleast push the cloned image back onto the china drive in case you look at too much naughty bits and get viruses!!!!! Hahaha

Seriously....thank u guys for this work. It has saved me a ton already and im also gonna make a ton fixing people cars for pennies to what gm charges!!!! Yes this is a real deal review!!!!!

Order was made on 7/31 and shipped 8/2. Vender advertises to have US stock. The shipping company it's coming by would be for an item coming from China. I did not want to wait for an item coming from China. The web business is not the same name as the name of the business on the PayPal invoice. They also seem to be owned by the same people that own obdii365.com Xiamen RuiTianQin Network Technology CO. The shipping number provided does not work with the tracking link provided. I tried to use chat on the site and it is never responsive. It seems they are dishonest on all counts.

Update: I still have yet to receive my purchase. They have reached out to me, asking me to drop the PayPal complaint, and the bad review here. They even offered me a whole $10 rebate. Wow, where could I spend that much money? I told them I would drop the PayPal complaint AFTER I have received the purchase in good repair, And I see the refund in my PayPal account.

This is their response: "Due to you have raised a dispute via Paypal, now payment has been frozen, we are unable to issue 10 USD partcial refund now,
While you receive package, please close dispute,we will refund you 10 USD
And after you receive package, would you please delete the bad review on YYY.trustpilot.com/ ?"
I am not inclined to trust them to follow through with any agreement.

Good service, and good product, good quality and very fast delivery, everything went very well, recommended!

I ordered an MDI 2 from them - I received an MDI 2 unit - but 1...it wouldn't power up, 2 it was not an MDI 2 it was an MDI 1 inside an MDI 2 case. I'm a GM technician and they cannot tell me anything different. I was the tech whom helped setup the wifi network at our facility and know the ins and outs of the MDI and the one they sent is not one. After a fight to return the item, I had to contact PayPal and they got my refund.

ordered the CA3 caterpillar adapter and it works great, tried it on a few trucks and is no different than using the original ca3 from Cat, highly recommend!!!

There products advertise ship from US but my tracking info was Hong Kong. I never actually tried product because I couldn't wait that long but I don't think I would trust them given they aren't honest about shipping origin.

I bought software from obd2 and didn’t install it properly, I requested my sales person to help... I got very good customer service and I was helped via remote teamviewer . The stuff is kind and patient.

Unbelievable amount of incompetence with customer service and ability to acknowledge they listed and assured were compatible---when they were incorrectly listed and sold to me.

They make you jump through hoops and then go silent. They screwed up and want me to pay to ship back to China. Kindly, get bent.

The correct way to handle would have been to email a return label like every other company does in the world.

Do not use this site. It looked and felt a little sketchy and should have fine with my instinctual doubt. Don't waste time, money---they are thieves.

I purchased an Inline 7 adapter that doesnt work at all it was identified as an Inline six.
Sales said to send it back which I did register mail from Australia.
It arrived back in Honk Kong confirmed.
Sales said they never received it and this has cost me a lot of money more than $700 Dollars Australian.
They have stopped communicating with me.
That last reply was they haven't received it.
