It states it’s compatible with my vehicle which it is not.
Also states on their site they have a distribution warehouse in my area in New Zealand, which they do not. They are based in France.
Seems no matter where you live in the world, they will have a distribution warehouse which they definitely do not.
Took over a month to deliver the product only to find out it’s not compatible with my car.
Totally false advertising on their website.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

1)The company advertises the item will be sent in two days- it took longer to arrive even though they state it is located in your country.
2)Product offers a 30 day trial period but to date has not honored it.
3)Furthermore, the diagnostic tool sent was not fully compatible with my car, even though they advertise it is.
4) Contact with the company for support is impossible, they do not reply to your emails and the chatbot function is of no use either !
Strongly suggest steering clear of this product . BUYER BEWARE

it never worked for my Renault zoe.

Device stopped working after a couple of months. I tried contacting them via email and phone and I never get a response. Absolute scam company do not buy from them. Look elsewhere.
