Ordered an xprog 5.60, said in stock on their website in uk and 2 to 5 days delivery, 5 days later got a tracking number, coming from china, they then ignored me, item arrived 7 days later and it was earlier model which would not verify on my car, company suppost to be based in Scotland does not exist, total scammers, please do not buy from these, avoid or you will loose money

Avoid at all costs, chinese company pretending to be Uk/Edinburgh based. Tracking shows shipped from China. Told prior to purchasing we needed windows 7 pro, once trying to install and it wouldn't work told will only work on windows 10. Purchased software from elsewhere and had it installed remotely via TeamViewer by them, wont connect to vehicle. Turns out it's not the full chip version as previously stated just a very poor copy and unable to link to canclip software so of zero use. Do not buy anything from this company, absolute scam from start to finish.

The website Obddiagnostic.co.uk conveniently disappeared the day after I received this item although still shows on Google search it can't be accessed. Reported to bank as Fraud

Please don't use this site, it's so dodgy.
They'll send you a cheap odb scanner and will pretend they're sending the correct item....which they never do!

Item bought on 22nd oct.sent to wrong address in england yet i stay in scotland.refunded until new stock arrived.was contaced on 27th to say item was back in stock.made paymwnt of £410. Item sent was wrong and a £69.99 machine.item was tracked and sent back yet no refund.ignored all messaged now going through bank for FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a Renault diagnostic tool, a week later was given a Royal Mail tracking number for a parcel which never arrived. Was told that this wasn't my tracking number and parcel has been delivered somewhere else. They would send me out a replacement, this is over a week ago and now ignoring all contact. Reading reviews on this company, this sounds very similar to other experiences. Strongly advise to shop elsewhere. Fake address, that unit doesn't exist on that trading estate, fake nameplate, clearly a poor photo trick. That's why their returns policy says "Please do not return any items to OBDDIAGNOSTIC head office." - They give all the chat during the pre-purchase period, then totally ignore you when nothing arrives or you want a refund. You have been warned.

Explained which diagnostic is required for my BMW E90 DPF Regeneration , fast delivery , also gave a discount of 10% , really good service .

This site is fraud, they are chinese and dont send to you what you buy, they sent something that dont worth a sheet, and if you return that sheet and want the money back they give you excuses, and not give you the money, stay away from this robery site

Fast delivery ,scanner seems to work well few times I've used it . Has picked up vehicle vin number OK every time.. Good bit of kit for the money..

I ordered a £699 PIWIS Tester II diagnostic tool & Toughbook from this website & first of all it said 2-5 days for the ETA on this device after a month I recieved 40 quid chinese laptop without PIWIS II tester & software. Avoid this big scam. Complete liars.

Bought my scanner and software from obddiagnostic,
was delivered in the time stated, I needed help getting software up and running and helpline via live chat was spot on, thank you so much.

Don't deal with this company, obviously Chinese based not UK as per there website. Tells you posted within 2 daysof payment, placed an order on 24th September , 22 days later I received a Elm 327 reader worth £5, not what i ordered and paid for, not responding to emails

Made 2 purchases now and have to say customer service is fantastic. We had a few doenload problems, Tom was there helping us, even over the weekend. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you, we would highly recommend 5 stars from us

I bought the Delphe Pro version.
I had some difficulties to install it.
I asked assistentce via email and honestly the admin guy answert me in no time at Saturday (8th April 2023) lunch time. With his help I manage to install the software, and now is working.
I'm telling you, I newer reserved assistance email so quick and solving a problem via email.
I tried the thing on Smart 451 and is working.

I received my scanner and disk in perfect condition and also at a reasonable price. I haven't had a need to try the scanner out as yet,as I am not computer literate and will organise assistance to help download the software when needed.

Great experience, top product, helpful communication.
