credits are a scam

The credit system this device implements is nothing short of a scam. My son tried using this device on his car to see if any of the "apps" would work for his car and it immediately billed almost $30 for a feature that the car was not equipped with and then billed another $30 to undo the damage it had done. DO NOT USE THESE "APPS" to modify your vehicle.

Waste of time

Waste of time, and I wouldn't recommend. Mine was faulty out the box, contacted them on their chat (Friday @ 1400 GMT) and a 2 day response time was estimated to actual support after chatting to their bot, although they did get in contact the next morning(after the job on the car was done). After installing the apps multiple times, creating an account and fault finding it was deemed the unit itself was faulty so sent back to amazon. OBDEleven offered 10% discount on my next purchase via their store as a good will gesture, although they currently have a 25% discount offer - luckily I didn't take the bait :) When I highlight the difference, they just said good will and discounts are not the same thing - so that cleared things up nicely. After wasting time on the device, and getting a "good" will gesture, my good will has run out for them. Price of hardware + subscriptions + credits means you will pay upfront, then find out not everything is available unless you send them more cash. All I wanted was to put my rear brakes in the service position, discovered all I needed to do was put 12v on the motor terminals to wind the calliper back. I will be buying an alternative, but not with pay walls and credits every time I want to use it. Google "Reddit OBDEleven Credits" and educate yourself before purchasing.

Haven’t used the product yet but too much satisfaction after talking to the customer support team for a wrong address solution. The issue was been solved and I‘m sure the product itself will be also good and effective for my cars health 😂

Impression after 3 years of use

I have been using Obdeleven for 3 years. The software and application are excellent, and the customer support is always helpful and very professional. A serious company and a serious device. I recommend it to anyone who wants to provide their car with the best care and prevention. :)

Bought the ultimate membership for…

Bought the ultimate membership for €249. Plugged it into my bmw g30 after being told through customer support (via email) that it all works & supports the car. All the one click apps work , that I can enable beta and do manual coding .

Upon using it not one feature worked. All the one click apps not one single one worked.

I emailed customer support and there response is once u activate one thing (whether it works or not) and they also acknowledged it didn’t work . They still refused a refund.

Stay away. Waste of money

Compatibility with specific vehicle equipment is crucial for successful One-Click App (OCA) activations and our help specialists are always able to assist with failed or flawed OCA customizations.
Regarding refunds, our policy states that using any feature of an activated plan signifies its usage, in your case - that's the credit-free OCA activation - making the bundle non-refundable. Your understanding is appreciated on the matter.
We also urge you to not cease investigating the failed OCA activation at the first glance, as there's a chance that a minor workaround exists and our customer support team can help you reach a breakthrough, and utilize our pre-made customizations effectively. By accident I only bought the plan digital version.
So I emailed them and the response from was quick
They explained to me that I ordered only the digital plant without the Obd plug.
The same day order the obd plug problem solved.
