Outstanding Service
Moved into my new home and was lured into the promise of great broadband at a competitive price by BT. After three months of non existent wi-fi due to a copper line connection eight miles away from a junction box. (The joys of living in a rural area) BT conceded they could not deliver a service and I was extricated from a two year contract with no fee. I was recommended Not Spot (Obedio) from a neighbour whom was gushing over the success of his installation and therefore I decided to give them a punt. Contacted their office which was a refreshing experience, as I was not put on hold for twenty minutes listening to random music. An engineer was booked for the following week. One week later as promised the magnificent Gareth and C.E.O Lawrence arrived to install everything as planned. They were very professional and everything was ready to go within two hours. I can’t thank them enough. We can know download movies, my son can use his PS4, and I can work from home 👍👍👍👍. One point I would like to add. Don’t be put off by the fact there is an installation fee to cover the cost of the antenna. I appreciate there are national companies out there that will supply this free of charge. However as I found to my cost they cannot deliver in rural areas, as they do not have the one to one expertise that Obedio can deliver. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for doing such a great job.
