Scam rip off company

They are a scam company. I purchased a Rino "Leather" jacket and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. It was terrible quality. Almost costume quality with nothing compared to the pictures and leather claim. It was a poor PU material. Went through the dance with "Jane" regarding refund. Ended up with 75% refunded against the item. Still a total rip off. I also bought a Luca cotton shirt. It looked superb on the website. They sent the wrong colour and the quality was shocking. Both items unwearable. I have today opened a case with my credit card company (Barclaycard). I want their support in my blatantly being ripped off with "Ali Express" standard rubbish clothing against their claim of quality. Please do not purchase from them.

The boots & Jacket which sent which I…

The boots & Jacket which sent which I received today do not look anything like the photo even on the website All one cheap brown colour not a brushed old style leather even down to the laces which were wrong I’ve learned my lesson now. Nothing is like the ones Obella made them out to be. Nothing no labels on the boots packed in a cheap bag with no protection just a cheap pair of boots which I paid highly for. How you can post pictures of the boots which clearly these arnt & you know that is a failure & a scam. The jacket isn’t here yet, I expect that too won’t be anything like the one advertised. Really not happy with the product.

This ain’t leather it’s PVC! Lies, cheek and rubbish - that’s all you’ll get!

I ordered a brown leather jacket (in 2XL) from their ‘deeply sorrowful closing down sale’. Falling for all the flannel about a family firm with old foundations etc. and the photos of slightly worn brown leather. What arrived was a plastic (not even faux leather beige jacket in size 4XL! So I emailed them (with a deeping sense of foreboding, realising their is no actual address on the invoice nor delivery note in the EVRI packaging). They replied that they could offer:

Partial Refund: We can arrange a partial refund of 20% without you having to send the item back.

Returns - Full Refund: If you prefer, we can process a full refund for your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, and the item must be sent back to our warehouse in China.

Discount: Alternatively, we can offer you a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
What a liberty! Anyway, I’ve asked them for the returns address and I’ll tell you how I get on.

Update - the cost of returning the jacket to China was nearly the same as the original cost. Would I get the money back? The jacket is now in landfill. Nobody would want it.

Scam company

Unfortunately I feel to this scam company and wished I’d come on here first before ordering. I’ve been looking for a decent men’s cap and come across this site on FACEBOOK, that should have rung bells straight away really but I didn’t order via the FB link but searched and went to there website. The cap advertised had a reported retail of £100 and as they were closing down it had 80% off so took the chance and ordered it. It took nearly three weeks to arrive, when it did it had no labels inside and come in a cheap plastic bag. The cap was okay so kept it however by the quality I knew I’d been scammed. I then went n Temu and found the exact same cap for £4.89 I was doing an order so through curiosity I ordered one. When I got it, it was the exact same cap. As many have said on here DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM 🤬

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM…

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
This scam company has only been set up to sell Chinese-manufactured, shoddy and cheaply made clothing; cotton shirts are 98 % polyester, poorly stitched and the cheapest buttons. The items bear absolutely no resemblance to what can be seen in the photos, which are stolen from another more respectable clothing company (google the photos; they belong to someone else). Returns can only be sent back to mainland China at costs that are greater than the value of the item. This company has been set up to appropriate your money so steer clear

An obvious scam

An obvious scam. Avoid like the plague. A labour of love of the family for 35 years? Utter nonsense. They have been set up recently, this year. You will receive nothing if you make an order. They are definitely not based in London.

Scam site

Ordered a jacket on 6/12. No updates on tracking system - 2 queries to their support, they say “they are experiencing delays.” Whole experience feels fake. Have cancelled the order, hoping to get my money refunded.
