I won't order anything online if the business ships using them
A very poor courier service. No phone access. Just email. They have delayed my 2 day delivery which has now been rescheduled for 3 additional days. No reason given. I will not use them again.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They take zero accountability for their terrible delivery services. HelloFresh uses them and I warned them I am considering cancelling with them after 7 years due to this awful delivery service. It started off 5 months ago as never delivering on time, with the window delivery changing 3-4 times a day. One time they delivered at 9:30pm, another not until the next day. On top of that, they don’t follow delivery instructions that are written right on the mailing label. Even HelloFresh doesn’t understand how that’s possible. Today, I emailed ObiBox about the fact that they seem incapable of reading instructions. They responded by saying that their delivery person said I told him/her something different. But it was illogical because the whole reason I contacted them was because they still didn’t follow instructions. And they wouldn’t reply to my email when I pointed that out to them.
Good job losing your clients customers!
Terrible and dismissive customer service. Won’t meet delivery timelines. Good luck. Can’t believe The Last Hunt uses them. Skip next day service, won’t happen.
1-Star Review: Deceptive and Incompetent – Avoid Obibox (aka Xpedigo) at All Costs!
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Obibox for an urgent express shipment of ski boots I desperately needed for a ski trip starting Monday. What a complete disaster and outright scam this turned out to be.
I paid extra for express shipping that explicitly promised weekend delivery capabilities, especially in their “strong regions” of Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto (where I’m located). Their website and marketing heavily tout 24/7 operations and seamless, fast service—even on weekends. I tracked obsessively, but nothing moved. No updates, no visibility.
After endless back-and-forth with their infuriating customer service—runaround after runaround, generic responses, being told they “have no visibility until it reaches their warehouse,” and repeatedly directed back to the shipper as if they aren’t the ones handling it—I finally got the truth: their facility is CLOSED on weekends. There was literally zero chance of sorting, transit, or delivery over the weekend. This directly contradicts everything they publicly advertise and market on each of their platforms.
They never had any intention or ability to deliver on time. My package is still sitting at the original shipping location, completely untouched, while I’m forced to leave for my trip tomorrow without the boots I ordered. I’m out $400, my trip is ruined from the start, and I have no recourse because their “express” service was a lie.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s deceptive and borderline fraudulent. Customer service lied (or at best, grossly misled) about their capabilities, tracking was useless, and they hid behind excuses instead of owning up. It’s clear Obibox is just a rebrand of Xpedigo (they still use the same servers/backend), which has abysmal reviews (around 1.8 stars on Google last I checked). They may have slapped a new name on it, but the horrible service remains exactly the same.
If you need anything urgent, especially over a weekend, or even just reliable transit on non-business days—stay far away from Obibox/Xpedigo. Choose literally any other carrier. They ruined my plans, cost me hundreds, and wasted hours of my time with their incompetence and dishonesty.
Not only this, but once they mentioned the were closed and I realized I was not getting my package and asked them to clarify how exactly they planned to delivery on Sunday as advertised if they are closed.They GHOSTED me.
Zero stars if I could give it.

Delivered to the " wrong address " 779 Danforth Ave John Howard Society ...which serves prisoners ..I saw flight of stairs..beside John Howard..apartments..so I ran up them.
Sure enough @ Apartment 1 there's my package..so.they couldn't even deliver to the correct address..
Lucky I found the package before they arrived home..or opened the door and saw it " sitting there".
So..yes I got the package..but no excuse for delivering to the wrong address. And for the record..thet changed the delivery time 3 times on the same day..10AM to 12PM -4 PM and once again from 4 PM to 7:30 PM.
1000 plus Google 5 star reviews. huh...WHERE?? You need to have a " physical address " for Google REVIEWS to take place..you need to have a physical address. I punched in Objbox Google reviews and could not even find ONE...and that tells me a lot! The retailer got a ONE STAR reviews... not the courier.
Obibox sent me an email this morning saying that my delivery was supposed to be between 12:30-4:30. It’s now 5:30 and when looking at the tracking app with my tracking number, it shows that my parcel is going North in the complete opposite direction.
You can’t even call the company to complain or ask questions as there is no number available, only an email address that state they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours. The food delivery service Cefs Plate uses this company. If I have to wait any longer then is he food still going to be edible etc….

Either they do not have enough drivers to handle their deliveries, or they just make up delivery times. A rush 1-2 day delivery is now going to take 4 days. Unacceptable.

FACTOR meals started using this company and they are totally USELESS. I do not recommend and factor is soon to lose a customer because of them. Did not receive my meals today therefore two days in transit. Perhaps i can sue both companies for food poisoning!!
OBIBOX bastards stole my parcel during DHL strike. Their customer service is fiction.
OBIBOX, the so called transportation services, is typical scam because its phone number and address are fake. All OBIBOX positive reviews on the internet were generated by its swindlers. Stay away from this SHMOBIBOB garbage and affiliates like Xpedigo.
