Horrible Plugin ; They do not honor their refund policy
We paid for Object Cache Pro after all the glowing marketing promises, and honestly, it’s one of the worst plugin experiences we’ve ever had. It made zero improvement to performance. Absolutely no measurable effect on site speed or resource usage.
When we tried to exercise their “14-day money-back guarantee”, they simply ignored our emails. No justification, no response, nothing. Just silence after taking the payment.
So not only does the plugin do nothing, but the company also refuses to honor its own refund policy. At this point it feels like a glorified scam: slick promises upfront, but no real product and no support afterward.
Save yourself the frustration, there are plenty of better, transparent caching solutions that actually work and respect their customers.
